SShelySAmazing place, looks even better than the pictures. The views are amazing, the service is top. It is a little difficult to get to but worth it. The design is so well thought out and includes everything you need. It was so quiet and peaceful, very comfortable and lovely amenities. I made a request for something nice for us and they went all out with beautiful rose decorations. It was so thoughtful and made it extra special. I’d love to return back here.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is beautiful, but it's built on a mountainside, so the buildings you need are spread out on a very steep road, so it's not easy to move around it. There are golf buggies that take you from place to place if you call them, but having to ask for a vehicle every time you want to go and eat or leave is quite annoying. The distances are walkable, but not if you have mobility issues. The pavements are also in far worse condition than the roads, so you end up walking on the roads and having to keep jumping out the way of the passing vehicles. Photos are attached of the view of the very steep road going up next to our balcony to show an example of the scale of the steepness.
The location is remote. Apparently taxi apps like Grab and Bolt do not work here, although we did manage to quickly book a Bolt to take us here from Chiang Mai centre. A car and driver can be hired from the hotel for 2500 baht for 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you don't have your own vehicle, as there is nothing nearby you can walk to. On check-in, the hotel said they offered room service, but there were no menus in the rooms.
The room cleaning was slow if you are on a higher floor - on our 2 days, they didn't manage to visit all morning despite us leaving the ”please clean room” sign on the door. I found out later that you can ring reception to ask your room to be prioritised.
The restaurant is expensive compared to central Chiang Mai, and they recommend that you reserve a table every night you want to eat there, but the food was good. Service was a bit chaotic. On the night we arrived, at 5:30 pm, reception told us they had reserved a table for us. But when we went to the restaurant, that did not seem to be the case, and we were taken to an unreserved table in a loud and echoey room. I then had to go up and ask to order as no-one came, and then the order was missing items when it did arrive.
Randomly on the grounds near the lobby, there is a parrot in a tiny cage compared to its size with no entertainment, hardly any plants, and barely anywhere to perch. It's really sad to see.

OotoitoiI have tried so many hotels, this resort offers the most comfortable bed. The view is superb here in the mountains.
Very friendly staff. Giving you the top priority.
Dinner was great, book your dinner with them, you get to bbq and sabu sabu with the beautiful mountain top view.
This place is difficult to book so make sure to book early.
Only thing is have to make sure the driver send you all the way into the resort. Dont drop you at the goggle map drop off point, which you will need to walk extra with your luggage.

CChutimaVery cozy and nice resort in Mon Jam. The resort architecture was really homey. We came to the resort too early before check-in time but we've been received great service and hospitalized to get early check-in also been upgraded to the bigger room to ”Mon Fah” that you can enjoy the stunning view at your room great balcony area. Hot chamomile tea retreated me from a bit cold but fresh greenery after rain during check-in waiting. After check-in, we took lunch at resort restaurant that they had Michaelin stars 3 consecutive years. Food was fresh and very healthy delicious especially organic vegg. We felt very warm hospitalized from all service minded and well trained staffs and especially 'Pee Su” the owner. All fruits especially papaya was really sweet and fresh. We encouraged yo support local organic farm directly here that you can enjoy shopping papaya, lemon, and seasonal vegg and fruits here. ”Nong Kwan” the resort staff brought us to the local chilli, lettuce and cabbage farm down hill that easy to access from resort. She's really friendly and amazingly she learnt how to plant by herself, from long year experience learning by doing was such a great expertise that she shared her know how with us and we learnt from her a lot about high land plantation. We appreciated Pee Su, Long Kwan and all staffs provided us great service like friends visit home. We promised next time to Mon Jam, we'll revisit your place once again for sure.

UUsuario invitadoWe had a truly lovely experience. Stayed for two nights and it was absolute perfection — the views, the atmosphere, the mountain air — everything was just right.
The complimentary breakfast is simple but satisfying: congee, eggs, sausage, toast, and instant coffee or tea. We also ordered dinner both nights — highly recommend it! The hot pot + BBQ combo was incredible, and the other dishes were equally delicious. Make sure to have enough cash with you, the bbq is not to be missed!
Do note: the location is a bit remote, nestled high in the mountains, and the journey can be tricky. Google Maps directions are inaccurate, so be sure to follow the clearly marked signs leading to the homestay.
Thank you to the beautiful family who hosted us — your warmth and hospitality made our stay unforgettable.

UUsuario invitadoVinimos aquí para pasar la tarde y la noche. En nuestra opinión, la ubicación es excelente para un hotel en esta montaña. La vista es magnífica. Disfrutamos mucho del desayuno; fue variado y delicioso.
Una de las ventajas fue la habitación, muy acogedora y bellamente decorada.
Otra gran ventaja es que puedes pedir comida y alcohol a domicilio directamente en tu habitación, sin cargo adicional. Nos impresionó especialmente la parrilla shabu shabu.
Hay un par de cafeterías y tiendas tailandesas cerca, donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites.

UUsuario invitadoEs un complejo cómodo con instalaciones deportivas gratuitas. Recomiendo traer su propio equipo. Hay un gimnasio (aunque algo anticuado), dos pistas de tenis, pistas cubiertas de bádminton y pickleball, pistas de squash, billar y una piscina. Nos gusta nadar en la gran piscina. La habitación está impecablemente limpia. El colchón es demasiado blando para mí. El personal es atento y amable.
El desayuno buffet es sencillo pero delicioso. Ofrecen platos asiáticos como arroz, carne frita con verduras, copos de maíz con leche, tostadas, fruta y ensalada de verduras.
