We enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall. There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable. The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement. What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

Pros Nice room, new building, very comfortable bed, and plenty of pillows (2 per person). The bathroom is clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and the water pressure was strong. There’s sufficient parking space. The staff are polite and friendly, and the bellboy is very kind. A 7-Eleven is nearby. The price is reasonable and good value for money. Cons - It’s a bit far from the city center compared to other hotels. - There is a smart TV, but it couldn’t connect to the hotel Wi-Fi, so I had to use my own hotspot to watch Netflix 😂 Overall I was very impressed, and if I visit this province again, I would definitely stay here again.

Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center, Khon Kaen — A Well-Maintained Classic with Excellent Service We stayed at the Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center in Khon Kaen from Friday through Sunday, booking a Deluxe Double Room with breakfast via Trip.com. Though this is one of the city’s older hotels, it’s impressively well-maintained and continuously improved. The attentive staff, excellent cleanliness, and quality amenities made for a very pleasant stay. Highlights and Impressions From the moment of arrival, the hospitality stood out. The team greeted us warmly, and the bell staff were quick to assist with luggage and loading or unloading the car. Overflow parking is conveniently located in a nearby covered structure, and a small shuttle cart is available if needed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spotless and comfortable. Linens and towels were clean and in great shape, and the room felt freshly updated. A newly installed 43” Samsung Smart TV worked perfectly for streaming via Fire Stick, and the walk-in shower provided strong water pressure and consistent hot water. Toiletries included shampoo, body wash, shower cap, and cotton swabs. The only downside was that slippers were unavailable during our stay. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety with a made-to-order egg station, boiled eggs, fresh salads, and a mix of Thai and Western items. The salad was crisp and fresh, though the butter substitute and instant coffee were a bit disappointing. Espresso and cappuccino drinks are available for an additional charge. The pool area is inviting but lacks enough lounge chairs — a small improvement that would make a big difference. The fitness center, however, was excellent, featuring modern, well-maintained machines, cardio and weight equipment, and a designated space for stretching or boxing. The wellness center provides great value as well — a relaxing 90-minute foot massage costs only 240 baht (about $7.50). The room was spacious, almost excessively so, leaving quite a bit of unused space. While two chairs are provided, a small sofa or lounge would make the room feel more complete. Pros • Friendly, attentive staff and excellent service. • Very clean rooms with quality linens and towels. • Convenient central location near restaurants, cafes, Central Mall, and night markets. • New 43” Smart TV with easy streaming setup. • Great on-site gym with modern equipment. • Beautiful pool area and affordable, professional wellness center. • Easy parking and quick, efficient check-in and checkout. Cons • Slippers unavailable during our stay. • Limited poolside seating. • Instant coffee at breakfast; espresso drinks cost extra. • Room design leaves large unused space. Overall verdict: Kosa Hotel & Wellness Center remains one of Khon Kaen’s most dependable and well-run hotels. It balances old-school Thai hospitality with modern amenities and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a warm, welcoming stay in the heart of the city.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 noches. Yo lo recomendaría. Fui al zoológico local pequeño para animales exóticos costó 150 baht. Estaba bien. Esta ciudad está llena de restaurantes de café muy poco costados. Khon Kaen es uno de mis lugares favoritos en Tailandia, pero lejos de otros lugares, pero recuerda que tiene un aeropuerto.

El hotel es antiguo, pero las habitaciones son amplias. No están muy bien insonorizadas, la iluminación es tenue y el televisor es un modelo antiguo. La ubicación es buena, en el centro de la ciudad, con fácil acceso al transporte. Sin embargo, todavía había pelos y polvo en la habitación. Hay un gimnasio con sauna y jacuzzi (de 7:00 a 21:00) y una piscina (cierra a las 20:00). El personal de recepción y del gimnasio es muy amable. No usé el desayuno, pero hay muchos restaurantes alrededor del hotel y un 7-Eleven justo en la entrada.

Decent hotel, has a beer and pop vending machine which I thought was kind of cool. Only 1 small elevator, pool is tiny (like 2 hottubs together size, which is probably why it's not really mentioned), no concerage to help with luggage, and breakfast was a bit lacking (Fried eggs only, no sausage, ham, bacon. I could not even get butter for my toast). Had a nice little automated coffee maker you could choose different coffies from (Latte, Americano, and such). All in all, a decent place for the price ($800 Baht w/ breakfast). 7-11 a short 10 min walk away

El hotel está bien. Tiene mucho aparcamiento, está limpio y el personal es muy atento. Es tranquilo y silencioso, y hay wifi en la habitación. Todo es estupendo, excepto la cama; es un poco dura y me desperté con dolores musculares.

El hotel estaba limpio y ordenado, y había un mercado nocturno cerca, a solo 10 minutos a pie, lo que lo convertía en una ubicación excelente. También está cerca de muchos templos. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Fue un hotel fantástico. Sin duda me volvería a alojar aquí la próxima vez.
