Recorrer Liseberg con nuestros enérgicos pequeños fue una experiencia maravillosa, y el hotel fue la clave para que todo saliera a la perfección. ¡Imagínense un oasis a solo unos pasos de la entrada del parque! Su excelente ubicación nos permitió llevar fácilmente a nuestros pequeños exploradores de vuelta para que recargaran energías a mediodía. Las fantásticas instalaciones pensadas para niños fueron una salvación: perfectas para un descanso tranquilo, una siesta rápida o simplemente relajarse antes de volver a la diversión. Y las ventajas no terminaron ahí: nos encantó el animado teatro del hotel, la acogedora cafetería, ideal para un dulce capricho, y un desayuno abundante que nos dio la energía necesaria para nuestras aventuras diarias.

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

Hervorragendes Frühstück, Service immer auf Ballhöhe, tolles Ambiente. Das Hotel bietet zudem eine Möglichkeit sein Auto im Parkhaus Nordstan für 180 SEK pro Tag unterzubringen, was ein ganz guter Tarif ist. (5 min. zu Fuß)

My sister and I stayed at Hyatt Place Gothenburg during one of the hottest weekends of the year, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also made good use of the bar facilities, which had a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and helpful at all times. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who took the time to ask about our plans while we were in Gothenburg. She suggested a few changes to our itinerary and recommended some local attractions we hadn’t considered. We followed her advice, and it genuinely made our trip even better—we had an excellent time and really appreciated her local knowledge. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Gothenburg to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service.

El hotel es relativamente nuevo y limpio. La habitación era cómoda. Los camareros son cálidos y educados. Rico desayuno. Perfecto en todo sentido. Sólo hay una cosa que necesita mejorar. El baño utiliza rayos infrarrojos para monitorear el movimiento humano y encender las luces automáticamente, pero el ajuste del tiempo no es razonable. Cuando las personas se duchan, apagan las luces cuando llega el momento, lo que hace que el cuarto de baño quede a oscuras. Tienes que abrir la mampara de la ducha y agitar la mano para que se vuelva a encender la luz. Repite esta acción dos o tres veces para un baño.

The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the central station, which made getting around very convenient. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the stay. The hotel provides grey towels, which I found unappealing; white towels generally give a better sense of cleanliness. Breakfast was adequate, though some of the fruit offered was of poor quality. I also had concerns about the room’s cleanliness. After our first night, it didn’t seem like the room had been thoroughly cleaned — the drinking glasses we had used weren’t replaced, and some visible stains we had accidentally made were not wiped down. Additionally, the iron in the room tripped the power on both occasions we tried to use it, which was quite frustrating. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working properly, so the drinks we stored inside remained warm. I also found the 11:00 a.m. checkout time to be inconvenient, as a later checkout would have allowed for a more relaxed departure.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

Bra bemötande av samtlig personal. Vackert rum med balkong och utsikt. Rent och fräscht. Det enda lite negativa var den stora kudden. Svår att sova bra på.Lite mjukare hade varit bäst.

It’s my second time staying at the hotel. The Hotel located in a very convenient location, has a secure underground car park. Services is Very Good , staff are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Many Thanks for help and efforts Bishoy Obaid

El hotel está muy a pie al este de la estación de tren, muy deslumbrante al lado del disco, pero se ha transformado en un grupo de hoteles y se ha decorado, así que es muy bueno, tiene una puerta cerrada, por primera vez pulsa el portal, el ascensor es viejo. El desayuno es bueno, el tipo es bueno, también es el lugar para beber agua en el primer piso. También se ofrece harina para ayudar a los huéspedes a hacer el pastel de waffle a sí mismos a las 4:00 a las 9:00 p.m., la harina ya está hecha de pastel. Los huéspedes deben añadir la harina de waffle a su sabor, ¿Cómo hacer una búsqueda casual en vídeo? En resumen, el nuevo decorado, todavía está tranquilo, la estación central pasa diez minutos, hay estaciones de tren junto a ella, desayuno, el precio es de 500, pero no es la ciudad, no está caliente afuera, el supermercado también tiene un coop, comer menos. Así que, tome lo que necesites.
