The staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended! However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long. Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.

Ambagal puede servir a los tripulantes de la navegación. Inaabot ng 30 mins bago dumating order. Hindi dn proper ang order and payment process, wala din recept na binibi***. Raw din yung chicken tenders na naorder namin, we raised it to one of servers and kinuha new, pero wala man lng palit or complimentary haha. Pero es ok, buti nag enjoy ako sa Rave party nyo 🤣

Amazing hotel!!! It is sparkling clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast! It's not on the beach, but is convenient enough to get anywhere by trike. For those who want a ”home-away-from-home” while traveling, I highly recommend it! I enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay for more days!

We had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler.

Tho the beach is unavailable due to soil erosion, we still manage to enjoy the place bc of the cozy vibes it offers. What makes me happier is that all the staffs were so friendly and accomodating.

Our stay at San Juan Hostel was really great. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a short getaway. We loved that there was a pool where we could unwind and enjoy our free time. The location is also very convenient because it is near Kabsat and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt welcoming and peaceful. It was definitely a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay there again.

The wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room. But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

Ubicación muy accesible, hay un parque de comida cerca. También está cerca del mercado, por lo que incluso si paseas por otro lugar, ya eres un ganador allí. Limpieza, viejo, ¿qué más esperas? Se puede tolerar. No recomendable para gente artística. No tienen ascensor. Por lo que no es recomendable llevar mucho. No estrictamente para visitantes, solo despídete como nosotros que fuimos al extranjero para perforarnos el cuerpo. El aire acondicionado es débil, porque es pequeño. No se ajusta al tamaño de la habitación. Pero La Unión es fría, así que mola.
