Excelente estancia con excelente apoyo al personal Nos quedamos una noche en Del Rio en Iloilo y se ha demostrado ser una experiencia memorable, gracias principalmente a la increíble atención y profesional personal de Front Office. Durante nuestra estancia, de repente experimenté un dolor abdominal masivo. El equipo de FO fue sorprendente Me ayudaron inmediatamente, proporcionaron analgésicos, prepararon un comprimido caliente, e incluso llamó a un médico para asegurarme de que recibí el tratamiento adecuado. Su verdadera preocupación y su acción rápida nos han hecho sentir bien cuidadosos. No puedo agradecerles lo suficiente por ir más arriba y más allá. Initiating with the positive aspects: - The breakfast was exceptional, scoring a perfect 10/10. The restaurant offered an excellent range of food options, maintained a clean environment, and had courteous staff. - The hotel is situated within a shopping mall, though it is not of significant size. The ground floor houses a large supermarket, and the second floor features a coffee shop and multiple fast food establishments. While the hotel is located in the city center, there are limited activities available nearby. The condition of the appliances, furniture, and general maintenance throughout the hotel is subpar, with the exception of the restaurant. Rooms are in need of significant improvements, including gum. The hotel's cleaning standards could be enhanced. Additionally, it is necessary to wear gloves after changing bed linens and towels to throw the trashbin. I have not observed any hotel that adheres to strict cleaning protocols.

El hotel está cerca de SM Ililoilo y es muy conveniente. El personal es muy bienvenido, alojamiento y ayuda. La estancia es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, todas las habitaciones que reservamos tienen calefacción. Cambieran toallas y limpian habitaciones todos los días.

First time at Citadines Iloilo. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location is top-tier — right in the heart of downtown Iloilo. The resto-bar on the second floor is great, and the staff there showed the kind of warm Ilonggo hospitality we’re all proud of. I commend the step to help the environment. Their is a refiling jar of water inside the room, DBest! But since this was my first stay, there were a few things I really noticed: 1. I booked specifically requesting a single bed. I was given a room with two beds instead. 2. I also requested a quiet room, yet I was placed on the same floor as the swimming pool — and that night there was a big party going on until 9 PM. 3. I didn’t expect a fancy view since I booked a lower-priced room, but natural light is a basic comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even open my curtains because people outside, from the pool, could directly see into my room. 4. And the worst part: while I was resting, another guest opened my room with their key card. Absolutely not okay. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but that shouldn’t be used as an excuse. Front desk staff should still be trained to handle guest requests properly and ensure room safety — especially safety. Should a guest really have to pray the hotel isn’t full just to avoid these issues? Despite everything, I’m willing to give them another try. I know they can do better — and I hope the next stay reflects the level of service Citadines is known for.

The room is okay for one, I didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have a window, it felt stuffy and moist because there wasn’t proper ventilation. I had voucher for 4 days breakfast but I only ate for two days because they served the same things. Rice, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The hotels they provided looked too old and dirty and couldn’t use it. But anyways if you’re looking for somewhere affordable just a night or two, it’s manageable.

The establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

The room is great. Location is near SM City Iloilo, walking distance. Near the diversion road, didn’t expect that our room has a refrigerator, microwave, sink and even a dining table. Just like a pad. We stayed at Bangkok room, just so know the free wifi can’t reach the room though.

El personal fue amable y útil desde la habitación de joven isang es posible emitir sa AC así que le pedí que comprobara y ella hizo pero el mismo padin así que decidió transferir a mi amigo a otra habitación. La ubicación es agradable malapit sa mall pero sobre los datos de limpieza OK sya desde siempre kami nag estadía dito tal vez kulang na sila sa personal que es por eso que otras áreas son hindi está bien pero es una buena estadía.
