Had some issues with our stay, but I was truly impressed by how the staff handled it. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the middle of the night as I had hoped, I brought this attention to the front desk during the morning and I have to say, their response was quick and professional. They apologized for the inconvenience, and within a short time, they resolved the issue, fixed the problem and gave us free goods from the hotel.

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome! The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it. I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!

El hotel está en el corazón de la ciudad y es muy accesible y es espacioso, muy bien para permanecer y la cama es cómoda y tiene camas limpias y limpias.

La ubicacion es genial. Buena elección para unas vacaciones en casa, especialmente porque la ciudad cercana todavía tiene algunas restricciones, especialmente para los niños. Tienen tarifas asequibles. Las habitaciones son geniales considerando el precio.

I had an enjoyable time, although it was raining and very cold still i like the place, the service and the amenities. Planning to come back.
