Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

La habitación es muy clásica. No hay aire acondicionado, pero no nos sentimos calientes en la mañana y la noche. Oirás el campanario de la iglesia cada hora que te sentirás tranquila. La mañana puedes oler el pan de pan. Es una experiencia maravillosa para las personas que viven en la ciudad.

The hotel was perfect!!! It is right in the centre of the city!!! You can reach anything you need within 15 minutes! Interior is modern and cosy. Everything is right as it should be!!! I like it!!! The room amazing! It was the first time when I lived in anything like this!!! Highly recommended!!! They have coffee machine inside the very room! The coffee is delicious! The view from my room was unbelievable!!!

De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen. De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.

Reservé un tour con Kaiyuan Hotels y, para asegurar una conexión fluida con el tour, reservé dos días allí. Al llegar, descubrí que estaba bastante lejos del centro, así que quise cancelar mi estancia de un día, pasar una noche en la ciudad y volver al tour al tercer día. Por capricho, tras explicarle la situación, una recepcionista me dijo que confirmara con Ctrip, diciendo que si Ctrip aceptaba un reembolso, era posible cancelar. Ctrip respondió que si el hotel aceptaba, no había problema, y ​​le pidió a la recepcionista que contestara la llamada. Sin embargo, llegó un recepcionista, intercambió algunas palabras con la recepcionista y, de repente, cambió de tono, diciendo que no había mencionado nada sobre la cancelación. This hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.

Qua hygiëne wees de douche niet goed schoon (haren van de vorige bezoekers)  De locatie is prima en goed bereikbaar. Service is prima, ook met bacteriën (enterokokken) in het water bieden ze keurig water in flessen aan. Qua ontbijt liepen ze wat achter de feiten aan op de zondag, niet helemaal berekend op piektijden, men zou de opzet van het ontbijt wat beter in volgorde kunnen zetten. Parkeergelegenheid hebben ze, wel mogen ze wat meer onderhoud doen aan de parkeergarage qua verstopte afvoerputten waardoor water op het dek blijft staan met grote plassen tot gevolg.

The quality exceeds the price. I was very satisfied with the friendly service of the staff. Thank you, it was a good hotel.
