KKsidsNice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

KKarlosHuskI stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

TtkpLa habitación es muy clásica. No hay aire acondicionado, pero no nos sentimos calientes en la mañana y la noche. Oirás el campanario de la iglesia cada hora que te sentirás tranquila. La mañana puedes oler el pan de pan. Es una experiencia maravillosa para las personas que viven en la ciudad.

OOlgaThe hotel was perfect!!! It is right in the centre of the city!!! You can reach anything you need within 15 minutes! Interior is modern and cosy. Everything is right as it should be!!! I like it!!!

They have coffee machine inside the very room! The coffee is delicious! The view from my room was unbelievable!!!

UUsuario invitadoFijn hotel met heerlijke bedden! Handig dat het vlakbij de snelweg is en in de buurt van het OV (bushalte). Als je daar opstapt dan ben je met 40 minuten in het centrum van Utrecht. In de buurt van het hotel zelf is namelijk weinig te beleven. De kamers zijn ruim, hebben goede bedden en een ruime badkamer (die van ons rook wel een beetje muf). Over de faciliteiten kan ik weinig zeggen want daar hebben wij weinig gebruik van gemaakt.

Al llegar, descubrí que estaba bastante lejos del centro, así que quise cancelar mi estancia de un día, pasar una noche en la ciudad y volver al tour al tercer día. Por capricho, tras explicarle la situación, una recepcionista me dijo que confirmara con Ctrip, diciendo que si Ctrip aceptaba un reembolso, era posible cancelar. Ctrip respondió que si el hotel aceptaba, no había problema, y le pidió a la recepcionista que contestara la llamada. Sin embargo, llegó un recepcionista, intercambió algunas palabras con la recepcionista y, de repente, cambió de tono, diciendo que no había mencionado nada sobre la cancelación. La recepcionista, quizás sintiéndose culpable, evitó seguir hablando. Solo estaba probando suerte y no tenía muchas esperanzas; la cancelación sería una grata sorpresa, y no cancelar sería comprensible. Pero mentir es un gran tabú en el sector servicios. El tono seguro al responder la llamada de atención al cliente de Ctrip me hizo parecer que mentía. Si tienes poco tiempo en Ámsterdam, es mejor reservar un hotel en el centro. Aunque las afueras son más económicas, el tiempo y el coste del transporte hacen que no merezca la pena.

UUsuario invitadoThis hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.

UUsuario anónimoThe bathroom was stinky and not well clean. We had to buy something for the smell. The bathroom is very small and the sink is in a bad position for tall people. Everything else is ok. Near the hotel you can find 74 and 77 lines to reach the city center. It takes 15 minutes.
