Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

I love the view and the location is amazing. But I think cleanliness need to be improved. For the unit I have been staying- Found many small roaches running around the kitchen and living hall free style. Horror ! The futon bed is not comfortable & the bedsheet has stains on it! The owner should do something on pest control and do a better job in cleaning up the room. I should have taken a video of the roaches

We truly happy and enjoyed with our stay at swiss garden! The room and toilet are clean,easy access to beach,swimming pool were amazing and kids friendly. The residence just nice for our little family but extra mattress are provided too. If you’re hungry at night,you can have a in-room dining just like at hotel which i impressed with. Breakfast wise maybe can improve a bit in terms of foods selection. Otherwise my experience was great⭐️and i definitely will come back again in the future!

The rooms were beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. The staff and host were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways exceeded our expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

I booked a triple room for me & 2 girls. It's a spacious room w 3 single beds. It can even fit another extra bed n still hv adequate space to move around. I didnt try the food so cant comment abt the hotel food. The loc is great, u can walk around to shop n eat. Parking space is also provided in a gated area. U just need to validate ur parking each time u exit to get free parking. Hv stayed here twice.

Had a good night sleep. Room was spacious! And so thankful for the TV Channel 14! We got to watch the World Cup live match at 3 a.m! Wifi was also good! Hot shower available. Ironing facilities provided. Walking distance to a Shell Out restaurant!

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Excelente servicio del personal de The Kasturi desde el momento en que nos registramos en el complejo hasta que nos marchamos. Todo el personal fue cortés, eficiente e hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera tranquila y agradable. Nuestra habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, era muy espaciosa y tenía bocadillos y bebidas gratuitos en la habitación para los huéspedes. Nos encantó la bañera y la ducha y la cama era súper cómoda. El desayuno era bueno y delicioso. Lo único que lamento es que la playa sea un poco difícil de acceder, ya que tengo entendido que tuvieron que poner muros de piedra debido a las inundaciones en el pasado. ¡Definitivamente vendría otra vez!

I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday

Muy satisfecho y general es una buena estancia y vale la pena. El personal es amigable. Bfast es delicioso especialmente me goreng basah fue tan bueno. Sin embargo, mi sugerencia es añadir más menú para bfast. Volverá de nuevo.
