UUsuario invitadoWe stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hotel Leo.

UUsuario invitado가족여행으로 창원을 들리게 되었는데요 두번째 다시오게 되었던 이유는 직원분이 너무 친절해서 였습니다 여직원분들도 너무 친절하셔서 저녁에 이것저것 챙겨주시고 감동이었어요
40후반되어 보이시던 남직원분 특히 너무 친절하시고 아이들과 왔는데 아이들도 예뻐해 주시고 잘 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요

范范思The hotel is in the city center, halfway between Jinhae Station and the intercity bus terminal.
The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here.
Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

UUsuario invitadoFor the price I would have expected the rooms to be a little nicer. The beds are comfortable though, and the breakfast is quite good. The location is really quite good next to a shopping center, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or coffee.

KKikoMThe hotel definitely so perfect, 사장님 is a kind person. Hotel location is a great place, go for Chang Won City just a 5 min walk to reach bus station and 15min to walk down an area for restaurants.Will bring family along in future.

YYannBasically, it is quite good, with all the basic facilities that one expects to find. The room also provides 3 different cable wires for charging your phone, got wifi, and disney, marvel platforms. For me, this is really great. Oh ya, there got sanitizer! For me is really good too, because I'm consider a mysophobia, haha. There are also drying racks and water filters. There are also other basic facilities such as hair dryer, but I was not using it so i have no comment on those things that i din't use. The counter staff are also very friendly and know a little bit English. And it's really smoke free. What I'm most worried about is that some guests secretly smoke in the room, and it will spread throughout the building. Sound insulation is basically good? Maybe during the time I stayed, the guests around were very polite? But still the corridor sound can hear it if there is movement outside the door.
The disadvantage is probably just that some things are a bit old, such as stains on the bed sheets and some dust? And the shower head a little loose. . . But that's not a big deal for me. Although building seem like a bit old, but there's still have hot water and no sudden electrical shortage.
For my feedback suggestion is, maybe it would be better if the lighting brighter? Also, if there has a safety lock, and it will be more at ease, because as a solo traveler will have more worries

ホテルはアメニティも付いていて、冷蔵庫があります。シャワーもトイレも水が問題なく出てくるので困ることはありませんでした。また、清掃も行ってくれたのでよかったです！外にウォーターサーバーもついているのでカップラーメンも食べられます。

¡Bonus! Hay un lago cerca de eso es hermoso- lamentablemente no vimos los incendios que muestran que está allí porque no sabíamos de eso, pero tuvimos un gran tiempo!
El hotel también tiene un baño completo, que fue maravilloso.
