Hoteles en Okayama con desayuno

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

위치는 너무 좋아요(편의점 바로 같은건물, 쇼핑몰 도로 하나 건너면 바로 있고, 드럭스토어하고 돈키호테도 바로 근처에여) 충전기같은것도 빌려주시고 뭐 빌릴수 있는거 많았는데 기억은 안나요. 일본 특성상 방 작은거는 어쩔수없고 그래두 직원 친절하시고 방 갈끔하고 오카야마 역 뷰 방 주셨는데 좋드라구요 머리맡에 콘센트도 있어서 편하구 여긴 리모컨으로 전등 세밀하게 조절할 수 있었는데 신기방기 그리고 복도에 전자렌지도 있어요 그냥 적당한 가격에 적당한 방같습니다~

Me he alojado aquí por segunda vez para el mismo viaje porque tiene una buena relación calidad-precio y está cerca de la estación de tren. La habitación no es demasiado pequeña y hay dos enchufes junto a la cama, uno de ellos es USB. El servicio es de primera clase. Dejé caer mi porta aretes en la habitación y no pude encontrarlo después de buscarlo por un largo tiempo. Le dije a la recepción que prestara atención a esto al limpiarlo y lo encontraron. Realmente aprecio su ayuda. Hay una pequeña deficiencia. Cuando busqué el porta pendientes, encontré un trozo de azúcar o una pastilla en la alfombra junto a la cama. Me alojé en pisos diferentes dos veces y la limpieza era diferente. Aun así, agradezco al personal de limpieza por ayudarme a encontrar el porta pendientes. El desayuno esta vez es muy delicioso, y algunas partes son diferentes a la vez pasada.

The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Okayama station and it’s convenience if you go for day trip to Kurashiki. There is Aeon mall just 2 mins walk from hotel and there are a lot of shopping and dining there. In addition they have a big supermarket there. We booked a Moderate twin room and it’s spacious, however when cars passed-by a drain cover outside will make noise and it’s annoying plus you can hear noise when train pass-by. The hotel offer us to change to a smaller room which is facing the courtyard. Due to centrally control aircon, the rooms are very 🥵. If aircon can be self control will be much better

The front desk administrator really friendly and helpful. Although the building is old but the room is really clean, tidy, and big enough to accommodate my large size luggage. This was my 2nd time of booking with this hotel. It worth to have an excellent rating.

Amazing location (B1 is connected to okayama train station), spacious room, and friendly staff. The breakfast was a set breakfast (few choices available) plus a small buffet. Quite disappointed by the breakfast and the service they provided. We needed to wait a long time for the set. I won't get the breakfast again as there are plenty of options within walking distance. It's quite pricy but worth it if you need to be near the station.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included, and they allowed you to indicate if you were going to have breakfast there the next day on the TV to avoid food waste. Nice sustainable practice. Taste was so-so, but choice was rather limited. Can't expect too much given such a bargain, of course. Location close to JR Okayama Station, so it was convenient. But the cargo trains were quite noisy at late-night and in the early morning. Might not be the best choice for those sensitive to sound. Anyway the overall experience was satisfactory.

Hotel con muy mal servicio. Este hotel no nos permitió alojarnos en una habitación con nuestros dos hijos pequeños. Reservé una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero la recepción nos obligó a reservar otra. ¡No me alojaré más allí! Otro hotel nos permitió alojarnos en una habitación con nuestros dos hijos, ¡pero este no! El hotel olía muy mal y estaba sucio. ¡Adiós!

The hotel is quite old but very clean. Staying here feels like traveling back in time, which gives it a great sense of authenticity. The included breakfast and dinner were actually quite good. I didn't get a chance to try the onsen.
