Hoteles en Okayama con desayuno

Both the location and the room size of the hotel are good. Staff were accommodating and efficient. My friend enjoyed the onsen and we had a good stay in the hotel.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

La ubicación es súper conveniente. Hay un supermercado justo debajo de la estación de Okayama. Hay una tienda de conveniencia abajo. A su lado se encuentran AEON y Jing'an Hall. En Matsumoto Kiyoshi, en la calle subterránea, hay un servicio de farmacia. Algunos medicamentos que requieren receta farmacéutica se pueden comprar aquí. También es muy cómodo tomar el Shinkansen. El hotel también puede ayudar a recoger artículos comprados en línea. ¡Muy recomendable!

Convenient location near station with sheltered underpass. Room was spacious and has good layout. A lot of amenities provided. Breakfast was also very delicious for the price

Pensé que la habitación no era grande, pero en realidad era lo suficientemente grande y podía abrir mis maletas libremente. La ubicación era conveniente y rápida, diagonalmente frente a la estación JR. Afuera del hotel, había un gran gato gordo de color naranja patrullando los bloques cercanos. Fue muy caballeroso y no molestó ni se acercó a los humanos. El personal de servicio es paciente y meticuloso, el área de desayuno en el primer piso es cómoda, puedes sentarte en cualquier momento y beber agua a voluntad, tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio.

Está a 5 minutos a pie de la salida oeste de la estación. Hay un supermercado de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. También hay un restaurante de barbacoa enfrente donde puedes registrarte a las 16 en punto. Es un poco ruidoso. cuando se encuentra con grupos grandes. El hardware y el software son buenos. El desayuno es súper delicioso. La habitación está limpia y ordenada. Es una buena elección.

La ubicación es muy buena. Desde la habitación se puede ver el castillo de Okayama. El hotel tiene cierta sensación de antigüedad y las instalaciones son antiguas pero están bien conservadas y muy limpias.

Hotel con muy mal servicio. Este hotel no nos permitió alojarnos en una habitación con nuestros dos hijos pequeños. Reservé una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero la recepción nos obligó a reservar otra. ¡No me alojaré más allí! Otro hotel nos permitió alojarnos en una habitación con nuestros dos hijos, ¡pero este no! El hotel olía muy mal y estaba sucio. ¡Adiós!

La habitación tenía acceso a internet, pero lamentablemente la comunicación no fue fluida el primer día. Ni siquiera me explicaron los detalles básicos de los servicios del hotel, el horario, la ubicación ni las precauciones. Solo me dieron la llave de la habitación, y cuando la pregunté, las respuestas fueron incoherentes. No fue hasta el tercer o cuarto día, cuando pregunté por otros servicios y horarios, que me la dieron. ¿Por qué no me la dieron el primer día? Esto causó un tiempo de comunicación innecesario, probablemente porque la mayoría de los huéspedes eran japoneses. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren. Hay un Lawson y un pequeño supermercado en la calle comercial adyacente. ¡Fue genial! La habitación y el baño tenían un ligero olor, ¡pero fue una excelente oferta! Gracias al dueño del restaurante que, sabiendo que no hablaba japonés, me atendió muy bien y se aseguró de que no tuviera miedo. Y, por supuesto, gracias a la mayoría del personal por su amabilidad.
