El hotel y el anexo están uno al lado del otro, muy cerca, así que la ubicación es bastante buena. Hay un autobús de enlace al aeropuerto, con servicio a las terminales T1, T2 y T3, lo cual es muy conveniente. Reservamos una habitación doble con cama grande, y la higiene general de la habitación estaba bastante bien, además el precio era asequible. Buen transporte, no está mal.

Comfort Hotel Narita is a very good option for a short stay or transit stopover near Narita Airport. The hotel provides typical Japanese hospitality, staff are polite, well-trained, friendly, and always try their best to assist. Some staff speak English above basic conversational level, which is helpful for overseas travellers. We only stayed for 2 nights while waiting for our next flight and found it a great choice. It is only **one train stop from Narita Airport Terminal 2 to Narita Station**, and around a **10-minute walk from the station to the hotel**, which is very manageable. There are also 2 Lawson convenience stores nearby, and you can take a bus from in front of Narita Station to AEON Narita Shopping Centre. This makes it ideal if you want to relax near the airport and avoid travelling all the way into Tokyo. One useful tip: some booking websites may automatically charge extra for a child. However, the hotel's official policy states that **children stay free**. We simply booked **2 adults** and advised the hotel that **1 child would also be staying**, and they accepted it without any additional charge upon arrival. Breakfast is included. The rooms and facilities are above average — not luxury, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for short stays and airport transit.

My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

Really appreciated the late-night and early morning shuttle bus from airport. The timetable and instructions (incl photos) on where to wait was all detailed on their website, so made it very easy. Take note the bus arrives early and leaves on time (ie 9.50pm bus arrives pick-up point at about 9.40pm and leaves on the dot at 9.50pm). They have 4 check-in self-service machines at the front desk, which made check-in super quick even though there was a bus load of ppl lining up. The room has a great view of the airport, so you wake up to a great sunrise and view of planes taking off/landing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - great variety, very efficient and tasted great. We also only realized this as the bus was driving out of the hotel, but there's a lawsons at the corner of the older wing. My only grip would be that the bed was too hard, but had a decent sleep anyway. Everything you need for an airport hotel - highly recommended!

El hotel ofrece servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto de Narita, la estación de Narita y Aeon. Tenía piscina, que mi hija disfrutó mucho. El personal es amable. Hay un par de atracciones a las que se puede llegar caminando desde la estación de Narita. Ideal para hacer escala y para estancias cortas.

Front staffs are very professional & approachable. The airport shuttle is a big help especially for late arrival. Breakfast has good selection options & super delicious. There is a Family mart at the hotel lobby!

Este hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Narita es increíble. El servicio de transporte gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto es muy conveniente y nos ahorró preocupaciones. Las habitaciones son más grandes que las de los hoteles japoneses promedio; están limpias, ordenadas y sin malos olores. La temperatura y la presión del agua eran excelentes, y los artículos de tocador tenían un aroma agradable. El desayuno ofrecía una amplia variedad de opciones y estaba delicioso, perfecto para aquellos con vuelos temprano por la mañana. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

El hotel está muy cerca de ambas estaciones de tren de Narita, con numerosos restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia, farmacias y una calle turística. Es un hotel antiguo, pero bien mantenido y renovado. El personal fue en general hospitalario, salvo una o dos recepcionistas jóvenes en el momento del registro, que no parecían recibir bien a huéspedes que no hablaban japonés, ni siquiera a personas mayores educadas. Esto hizo que la estancia fuera menos agradable, a pesar del excelente servicio del resto del personal del hotel.

Esta vez, cuando fui a Tokio, llegué bastante tarde al aeropuerto y, como al día siguiente iba a Gotemba en coche, opté por alojarme una noche en un hotel cercano. El hotel estaba a unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, con aparcamiento gratuito y una zona de onsen (aguas termales). Hombres y mujeres tenían horarios de baño separados. Aunque no era grande, era bastante agradable. La habitación tenía tres camas bastante grandes, un sofá pequeño, una mesa de centro y un microondas. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era realmente excelente. El personal del hotel fue muy servicial. Compramos peras en Chiba, pero como no teníamos cuchillo para pelarlas, pedimos prestado un cuchillo de fruta del hotel; nos las pelaron, las cortaron en trozos y nos las trajeron a la habitación. ¡Les quedamos muy agradecidos! 👏🏻👍😍🙏🏻 Solo saqué fotos de las tres camas; no saqué ninguna del sofá. El precio era razonable y, sin duda, volvería a alojarme allí si tuviera la oportunidad. ¡Gracias! 😇
