Excellent staff service, especially Ms Yamada san, she's super patient, friendly and assures us our luggage will be arranged a few days after our checkout from Comfort Hotel to another hotel in Nagoya so that it will not arrive too early before our arrival as we are backpacking to the other prefectures before returning to Nagoya. Excellent service and nice breakfast too. I fully recommend a great stay in Nagoya... Just that the pillow can be fluffier (too flat) for comfort.

Nice room and Onsen I had a chance to stop by at nagoya for a night. For me it's a bit far from the station but walkable. Have 7-11 nearby and many restaurants. But Love that it's close to Tower park. - Room is quite spacious and comfy. - Bathroom is small. - A space for little closet is good. - Onsen is nice, I love outdoor area and cute basket for belonging. Lucky I got quiet environment and nice vibe, can store luggage for free. Maybe stay again next time.

El Hotel Forza está convenientemente ubicado en una calle tranquila, cerca de la principal calle comercial de Sakae. A 5 minutos a pie se encuentran Parco, Matsuzakaya y Don Quijote. También hay mucha buena comida cerca. Osu está a 15 minutos a pie. Reservamos una habitación para tres personas con cama doble y sofá cama. La habitación parecía más grande en las fotos, pero aún tenía espacio suficiente para abrir dos maletas grandes y caminar. Como se menciona en algunas reseñas de Google, había un olor a humedad al entrar en la habitación, pero después probablemente nos acostumbramos y no nos molestó demasiado. Sin embargo, la habitación está bastante polvorienta. Había una capa de polvo en la parte superior del armario después de nuestra estancia de 5 días. El personal del hotel fue amable y servicial. Buscaba un médico porque mi hijo no se encontraba bien y me ayudaron a llamar a los médicos que había buscado y a encontrar clínicas/hospitales a los que pudiera llevar a mi hijo. ¡Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo por su buena ubicación!

La habitación que me dieron al principio tenía un olor extraño, y luego el personal de servicio me trasladó a una nueva habitación. Desafortunadamente, la lámpara de la mesilla de noche en esta habitación no funcionaba. Luego me abrieron dos habitaciones más para elegir. Hubo algunos giros y vueltas en mi estadía, terminé obteniendo una cómoda. ¡La habitación estuvo genial por tres noches! Está cerca de la estación, hay un supermercado al lado y hay una zona de autoservicio de bebidas en la entrada.

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. 2. Located 5 mins walk from exit 3 of Metro Fushimi Station. There is also a bus stop along the way which can brings you to Sakae area and other spots. Otherwise, walking to Sakae area is doable as well. Additionally, along the way to hotel, will spot the scenic spot of Science Museum. 3. I had opted to walked to Osu Shotengai Street from hotel. As is autumn, the route along the way was great as will pass by a park with great scenery and people. 4. Lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and drug store nearby. 5. Breakfast was provided and not bad for my taste even though almost the same everyday. There is a tea/coffee/water section where is provided for free. 6. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise. Cons: 1. Room is quite small. I had brought 2 medium and 1 small luggage but only manage to open half of the 2 medium luggages. Barely able to walk and nearly trip on the luggage. 2. The hotel lobby is located at level 2 and require to take the lift. Believe was due to Japan public holiday or is a holiday season, the hotel was quite packed during my stay. At night when back to hotel, there was long queue to take the lift despite having 2 lifts. 3. Same goes for breakfast area, if you are eating after 8am onwards, too pack and the seating place are too limited. 4. Nothing much on the view as I had gotten a room with no views and overseeing opposite rooms only. Overall, despite the small room size and others, actually I find this hotel to be nice to stay at. I definitely recommend to stay at this hotel despite there are only few minor cons.

I stayed for 3 nights, for my opinion the hostel facilities are quite new and very clean. Although guests are required to leave between 11:00-15:00, but everything is refreshed and spotless when you return, almost like check in again each day. However, it would be better, if there were more space available for packing.

La distancia de transporte no es mala, ¡se necesitan 20 minutos para caminar hasta el castillo de Nagoya! Principalmente está muy limpio y el desayuno es bastante bueno. ¡Me encantó la sopa de miso y bebí dos tazones! Esta es la primera vez que escribo una reseña positiva. Realmente creo que es buena. La próxima vez me divertiré.

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!
