This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my trip! Even a month before my trip, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

Stayed at Miru for 4 nights in Jan. The rooms and common spaces are new and well-designed. Location is actually ideal for snowboarding, because it is just off the very busy hirafu intersection. Regular shuttle is provided to hirafu and annupuri - you'll learn this is a big deal for longer stays because the public buses are always cramped and humid! Recommended.

Beautiful hotel, with an amazing view and a private onsen option that is not expensive. Loved it, the staff was respectful and welcoming and the onsen was clean and calm.

”Stunning views and incredibly spacious for the whole family!” The view from the room is absolutely unbeatable. This apartment is perfect for families, featuring three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a living area with plenty of functional space. It was very clean, beautifully designed, and felt like a true home away from home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at INTUITION NISEKO during my trip to Niseko, and I can’t recommend it enough! The hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Whether it was help with my luggage or in-room facilities , they made me feel truly valued as a guest. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Especially the sofa, I even asked for the brand name that I would like to buy a same one for my home. Super thanks to Dorothy for the info she provided! Moreover, I loved waking up to the serene snowy landscape outside my window! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Niseko, INTUITION is the perfect choice. I can’t wait to return!

¡Fue una estancia increíble! La habitación era grande y limpia, y nos encantaron sus artículos de aseo (como los productos para el cuidado de la piel). ¡Un plus enorme fue el onsen privado! 😍 Es imprescindible después de esquiar, pero incluso si no tienes uno, puedes usar uno compartido en la planta baja. 👌 El desayuno estaba bastante bien y disfrutamos mucho de lo cerca que está el hotel de las pistas; de hecho, se ven desde la ventana. También tienen taquillas para el equipo de esquí, lo cual es muy práctico. En resumen, ¡lo recomiendo muchísimo! 👍

El cuarto es hermoso y es adecuado para un amigo.
