續上一篇：此次出行開了兩間房，所以可以有兩個評價的機會。上一篇的照片上傳有限，這條裏繼續補充。酒店的小冰箱有飲料，都是免費飲用，有男士爽膚水和女士潔麪卸粧護膚產品，所以去日本，你可以不用帶你的護膚品，減少行李負擔。酒店的服務員在你入住那一刻開始就會為你介紹酒店所有的設施，英語講解，如果聽不懂可以用翻譯器。 作為中國人出門多少還是需要遵守當地的秩序，温泉酒店會為你提供温泉須知（攜程的回覆郵件中有一個PDF文件專門對日本温泉的着裝和注意事項進行解釋。）和服的穿着方式，左邊的衣襟在上面，右邊的衣襟如果在下面就是給**穿着的。所以千萬不可搞錯，有大片紋身的人士是不得入內的，還有女士們吹完頭髮，可要記得更衣室有吸塵器，自行清理一下，也是素質的體現。 如果我沒有記錯，他們的男女温泉是每天切換的，所以，你當天晚上泡的温泉，可能第二天就切換到另一間去了，當地人解釋，這樣可以看到不一樣的風景。到了酒店記得仔細聆聽服務員解説。

If you are in Kofu, this is definitely one of the newer hotel in the city. Onsen hotel with breakfast included in my booking, although we found the onsen rather small, with the breakfast average at best. Room design was a tad awkward, but overall very functional.

スタッフの方がとても親切でフレンドリーでした。ウェルカムドリンクでワインをいただきました。6:30から朝ごはんが食べれますが、韓国料理が多く、種類は多くありませんがとても美味しかったです！駐車場も十分台数あります。

Yanagiya is a nice little local onsen. They do not have too many rooms so you will not feel overcrowded. It is a nice place to spend for days to relax your body and mind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They can speak limited English but in case you come across any issue with language, feel free to use translation app. If you are driving, the onsen is easy to find and there is a carpark in front of the Onsen with plenty of space. There are also 2 x EV charging but not sure if they are for onsen guess. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The air conditioner is featured with heater and cooler function, so you don't have to worry about weather during winter and summer. The hot spring is open for 24 hrs, except time when they swap between male and female access, usually it takes 30 minutes and they take this opportunity to clean up the facilities too. Food are generally fine and portion is reasonable. Staff are caring d considerate. We have two kids at age of 7 and 9 and they do not take spicy or raw food. When they noticed, they have offered to tailor made the breakfast for the kids so that they don't prepare food that kids do not eat.

Staff Ryo san is very friendly and helpful. He is very informative and I enjoy chatting with him. Our room comes with a toilet as shown. An option for a private bath is available costing 500 yen for 30min. I approached Ryo san and book my timing (first come first serve) only after I checked in. My one night stay comes with a simple breakfast the next morning. The homely meal is rice with egg omelette and some other dishes. Roughly a 15min walk to Kofu train station.

La ubicación es buena, las instalaciones son muy ricas y fáciles de florir. La piscina es la hora especificada para hombres y mujeres, pero la piscina pública grande también es limpia. Estoy satisfecho con todo tipo de desayuno. Todo el personal se siente bien. Una cosa que me interesa es que es una habitación sin fumar, pero es un edificio antiguo, así que me gustaría saber si huele un poco de cigarrillo. Quiero usarlo de nuevo.

THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT. ALSO, WE ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY WHEN WE ARRIVED. WE WERE ABLE TO VISIT THE NEWLY OPEN COSTCO IN YAMANASHI AND IT IS ALMOST A 15 MINUTES DRIVE FROM THE HOTEL.
