Very good location. Many parking nearby the hotel. Very near shopping streets and everything. The spa is good.. convenient and very pleace

Hotel has the usual amenities at the reception, one will need to take the night gown from the level 1 cabinet. The hotel provide home cooked breakfast which was quite tasty. Not sure if the slippers are clean as they were not in any packaging. Overall good value to price ratio.

El hotel es cómodo, con impresionantes vistas al campo. Las aguas termales estrelladas son fantásticas; se pueden ver muchísimas estrellas. El desayuno y la cena fueron decentes, pero no espectaculares. Muchos empleados son jóvenes, y la mayoría del personal de recepción habla inglés. La clientela del hotel son principalmente familias, y hay un ala separada para perros, separada del resto de los huéspedes. El hotel cuenta con numerosas zonas comunes y servicios, incluyendo un bar de bebidas gratis, un snack bar e incluso ramen por la noche. La tienda de recuerdos también es muy buena. Tuve una estancia de dos días muy agradable.

Puntuación: 80 puntos. Servicio: Servicio estándar para un hotel japonés pequeño y de buena reputación; el registro por máquina fue rápido. Limpieza: La habitación era pequeña, pero muy limpia. Instalaciones: Excepto por el hervidor de agua, todo lo demás estaba bien. Ubicación: Se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie a la derecha al salir de la estación de Himeji. Está al lado de JAL (Japan Airlines). Aunque el desayuno estaba incluido en la habitación, era bastante malo. Compré algo en una tienda de conveniencia. Como era bastante normal, nada especial ni sorprendente, no tomé fotos.

The room is big and clean. The breakfast was good. Check in and check out were smooth.

My wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

Excellent place and location, the service is also good and the price is affordable. The place is very near to the Himeji Station and the Himeji Castle. I would stay here again 👍
