UUsuario invitadoHighly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !!
the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up
hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though
love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel no está cerca de servicios, pero tiene una vista excelente del monte Fuji. El sol de la mañana ya brillaba a las 4:30 a. m. y el monte Fuji nos despertó, con su magnífica vista desde nuestra habitación. El desayuno fue de primera, muy atractivo, delicioso, saludable y de 5 estrellas. Después del desayuno, recomiendo ir a la sala de lectura, que tiene una vista de 180 grados del monte Fuji y ofrece bebidas gratuitas.
El onsen es un poco pequeño. El balcón necesita una buena limpieza y una nueva capa de pintura; sería genial relajarse allí contemplando el Fuji. La habitación está un poco anticuada, pero limpia y cómoda. Si vuelvo a la prefectura de Fuji, sin duda volveré a desayunar.

MMake My DayChose this hotel as it is near walking distance from the Gotemba station where it is the meeting point for the Mt Fuji hike. The hotel is simple, decent size room for a comfortable stay.
You can actually have a lovely view of Mt Fuji just outside the hotel front.
It is also within walking distance to the shuttle bus stop where there is a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. You can easily spend the whole day shopping and having your meals at the Outlet.

CcytklthongI am glad to stay here as my room is facing Fuji mountain with a magnificent view like a postcard. The breakfast is good especially the fish and fried noodles. The staff Sachiko Aoki is kind and friendly as she can speak fluently in Mandarin and English. She assists us in calling a cab to Gotemba premium outlet shopping.

YYuuhi TenshiEl hotel tiene un servicio de autobús reservado, afirma que no se puede hacer nada, y el resultado fue que el personal me llevó a cabo un coche privado y me ahogó a la mitad de la muerte.
El hotel se reservaba porque dijo que podía ahogar la montaña Fuji junto a la sopa en la habitación.
Pero finalmente descubrí que era el momento de inscribirse en la recepción de la manera que tenía que hacer para ir a la habitación especificada. Me gustaba quedarme en la nube de dos días, o debo ser super decepcionado. Pero creo que es un error de traducción y espero que los aspectos pertinentes se corrijan lo antes posible.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y amable. El desayuno es más rico que no puede terminar (añadido a mi propio sushi, y hamburguesa y salchicha), y puede ayudar a reservar una cita cercana a la caballería, gracias a ellos ^^

UUsuario invitadoWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

UUsuario invitadoWe picked the place cos it’s near the GOTEMBA station. The room has great view to mt Fuji. Amazing ! Another bonus is that you get to take free gotemba outlet shuttle ( 15 mins interval ) 4 times per hr! Isn’t it great! The downside of the hotel is that it’s very old. The walkway, door and fixtures all looks rundown and no maintenance. You can literally hear the mattress spring as u turn. The orange light made the toilet quite creepy too.

EEvelynPara caminar por la montaña Fujishan, esta ubicación del hotel no es conveniente, pero es mejor que los precios y la ventaja del servicio. También es educado explicar el horario de apertura y desayuno caliente tarde en la recepción. Aunque la habitación no es grande, el desayuno se siente muy limpio en general. Eso es muy delicioso.

JJX SohEl hotel ofrece una sala de estilo empresarial que está bien tamaño para el precio que paga. El personal fue útil para mover nuestros artículos hasta nuestra habitación antes de ingresar. Ofrecen una opción de limpieza de habitaciones eco-amigable, y si se selecciona, recibirá símbolos para un vaso de cerveza gratuito.
El hotel está rodeado de muchos restaurantes y fácilmente accesible por coche.
