The view from this hotel is absolutely stunning; you can see the entire Sassi district at a single glance. It’s also very easy to access by taxi, which is a huge plus in Matera. The room was spotless, including the bathroom and sink, and the staff welcomed us with such warmth. The breakfast was delicious, but the view from the breakfast area was the real highlight. Having breakfast here felt like a sightseeing experience in itself. If you're coming to Matera, I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We specifically came to Mateta for one night from the Salerno area to enjoy the spa and dinner. As always it did not disappoint! The junior suite room was spectacular. The spa was amazing. The a massages were amazing. The restaurant they recommended for dinner was delicious. The staff is great. Left looking forward to our next trip back! See you soon Gattini!

Buen servicio para recoger a los huéspedes del parque de coches. La habitación está bien. La habitación es grande pero la pared de baño era muy mal mantenido y sucio. Selfs y table.has ances. El conjunto era bueno, pero necesita alguna mejora en la pared de la baño. El mismo costo de reservas, algunas habitaciones son grandes, algunas son pequeñas.

Love the experience at Le Do…v lovely stay right in the unesco site of Matera of the sassi…lots of climbing ups n downs…so b prepared! Pls use their luggage transfer service! It’s super useful! Tq for the yummy breakfast as well n the photos n story behind each room . 100% worthwhile experience!

residence close to train station and beach, so it is very convenience to see most part of the town. no ftont desk and checkin and checkput only rely on email or whatapp that work finally. The room is very clean with a balcony. Get what to have with the price. Checkout time is too early at 10:00am and only after negotiation, extended to 10:30am, so need to rush back after swim and breakfast

El lugar era perfecto: céntrico, cerca de buenos restaurantes y bares, bien decorado, personal agradable, un gran spa (¡vale la pena pagar 25 EUR para acceder a él!) ¡y un desayuno buffet fantástico! Escoge las suites, realmente valen el precio adicional. Todas estaban reservadas para nuestra segunda noche, así que tuvimos que cambiarnos a una habitación estándar y no era tan buena.

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff at a good location with restaurants nearby. We booked two rooms - the room on 2nd floor is good but the one on ground floor smells a bit of mould. Perhaps because it’s inside a cave. Breakfast choice is limited with fruits, toast with tomatoes, and cakes. You can order boiled or scrambled eggs as this is the only hot food they serve. We are fine with that but more as fyi.
