AAD1989The property is quite new and well-maintained, which gives a good first impression. The staff was professional and courteous throughout my stay. The best part is that the property is very close to the Sai Baba Temple at a walking distance. However, I was disappointed with the room that was allocated to me. It did not match the photos shown during the booking, which felt misleading. Additionally, the bathroom layout was not ideal — it opened directly into the room — and several bathroom fixtures, including the taps, were loose or damaged. While the hotel has potential, attention to detail and honest representation would greatly improve the guest experience.

UUsuario invitadoMy mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil !
They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram.
What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused.
Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal.
Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, a fantastic choice.

UUsuario invitadoIt was very pleasant to stay at hotel anand palace in shirdi, the staff was very cooperative, even though they did not receive any mail from the company about my booking, they gave me the room, later we talked to customer care and sent them mail, this company's mistake there is a lack of service but the hoteliers gave very good cooperation, clean room, bathroom was also clean, towel soap shampoo tv internet service was also very good and the food was very tasty i would like to go there again and again at the bus stop in front of the hotel and the temple is also very close. The parking for the car was also very big.

UUsuario invitadoOur stay was really nice, the receptionists were especially very friendly and helpful, Vidya and Vamshi. The hotel was very clean, spacious, good restaurant and facilities as well. The walk to Shirdi temple is 5 mins, across a straight road, it was very convenient for us. The hotel also has taxi services which are very cheap. Would recommend staying here.
