Yalakhom is situated at a remote yet accessible village in Himachal Pradesh called - Kalgha. Kalgha comes in the way to Kheerganga Trek, so those who are planning to go for the trek may consider staying at Yalakhom, as it is a great place to rewind and relax. I stayed at Yalakhom in the first week of June, the weather was pleasant and the rains made my stay even more pleasurable. When you will be at Yalakhom there won’t be any view you could take your eyes off. The people managing the homestay are also great. They take their time in cooking food, but they will serve you the freshest food possible with wide variety to choose from, that too at such a remote place. The wonderful folks at Yalakhom also offer accompanied guidance for treks, however I wasn’t aware of this until my final day at Yalakhom, so I couldn’t make use of the same. Pemba bhai, Agrimji, Resham bhai and Yangzee didi must be specifically mentioned. They will accomodate you as you are their friend, while respecting your privacy at the same time. I highly recommend Yalakhom notwithstanding your purpose of vacation, be it trekking or taking a peaceful break at the Himalayas.

Zostel Dobhi is an awesome hostel. The common areas and restaurant are very well maintained and nicely decorated. Very friendly manager. Good dormitory room. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower. Only the beds don't have curtains for privacy like in some other hostels, maybe an idea for the future. I really liked my stay here and highly recommend Zostel Dobhi to all travelers!

My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

My stay started with a big smile of the guy at the reception. He was very kind. As all staff is great. Good quality beds and mattresses in the dorms. Free drinking water and wifi. You must download the hostels app to open your room and locker (by Bluetooth) but it worked fine. Location pretty good, only about 3km to Kasol. If you don't have your own transport, there are often buses. I recommend this hostel to other backpackers.

La ubicación es perfecta, no demasiado lejos de la calle, pero todavía tranquila. La vista del hotel es hermosa. El personal es cortesía y la comida se siente fresca y saborosa. Amar el ambiente tranquilo del lugar.

We had a great stay at gostops kasol. Property is clean and safe. Staff is humble and helpful. I’ll highly recommend it especially for solo female travelers.

La habitación era muy limpia y agradable. La mejor parte fue la variedad de comidas y el café también era muy bueno, pero lo que más nos gustaba fue lo agradable que el personal era. En general, tuvimos una muy maravillosa y nos dejamos sentir felices y relajados. Recomendamos totalmente este lugar a cualquiera que busque una estancia divertida y agradable. Muchas gracias a todos allí por hacer nuestro viaje especial!

Room was very cozy. Staff is cordial and helpful. Hot water was there on 1st day but on 2nd day the water was barely warm. Food quality is good although the dal tadka was not upto the mark. Only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms with mountain view are on 4th floor and you have to climb up the stairs for luxury room.

The presidential suite is very good. The washrooms do lack the need for a curtain atleast. The in house restaurant is something i didn't like except for a decent breakfast as the food didn't taste freshly prepared or wasn't tasty at all when ordered in-room. Rest the jacuzzi is awesome, only that lack of hot water becomes a big issue sometimes.
