Отель в очень красивом месте, просторные номера, превосходная кухня во всех ресторанах. Даже мишленовский ресторан с 2* звёздами. Есть хороший бассейн со спа. К сожалению, поставила 3* за сервис, тк при заезде в отель не предупреждают, что в спа нужно быть в шапочке из резины. Шапочку для душа отклонили и нам пришлось покинуть бассейн. Считаю правильным либо предупреждать при бронировании о необходимости шапочек для бассейна (ни в одном отеле последние лет 10 не поо про сиди такое), либо выдавать их гостям как обязательный атрибут использования, а не продавать. Девушка блондинка на ресепшен бассейна была раздражена на на, это испортило впечатление о пребывании. В остальном, отличный отель.

Great location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then. Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him. Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

La recepción es muy entusiasmada, el servicio es muy bueno! ¡Siento que estoy en casa, el hotel está completo y el coche puede enviarse al aeropuerto. La habitación es grande y limpia y tiene agua en la habitación, super satisfacción!

We stated for one night over the bankholiday weekend. Plenty of parking and a short stroll to the beach. Checkin was extremely quick. We had dinner and drinks downstairs in the lighthouse bar the food was exceptional and the service was fantastic. We used the pool and the outdoor hot tub which was lovely as pool itself seemed a little cold. We had a room on the 4th floor with a lovely little balcony which was unexpected that looked out over the car park and beyond. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the room is decorated with dark features including black paint but this showed up the evidently dusty areas of the room especially the radiator cover, while there was also heavy staining and debris on the carpet by the entryway and the water in the pre filled glass bottle tasted as if it had been there for days. The bathroom is lovely and similarly decorated however the existing low bathtub could be replaced with a lovely walk-in shower. We weren't told at checkin about any works going on in the hotel but we had our thoughts that there was because as we reached our room you could see dusty footprints emerging from a door directly opposite ours which was not a room this was confirmed the following morning when we were woken before 9 with drilling and sawing that was happening in the hallway. The guest directory said there was free WiFi but all networks were locked and no password to be found in the usual places like the back of the key card pack or the TV etc. We weren't asked on checkout how our stay was, just took our room number and said that's OK have a good day bye, seemed a little hurried even though there was nobody waiting behind us. Overall nice stay, top quality food and service downstairs but slightly better attention to detail in servicing rooms/ housekeeping and notice of possible works going on needed.

Antes de registrarme, pedí en recepción que me reservaran una habitación con una bonita vista. No esperaba nada especial ya que el precio que pagué no incluía la vista. Finalmente, la recepción me dio una habitación en el tercer piso con vista al río Lee. La habitación está limpia y es grande. El exterior del hotel no tiene nada de especial, ¡pero el diseño interior es genial!

I am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home. The employees were quite kind and helpful too. Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into. I will return for sure.

El hotel era muy agradable, muy bien situado y muy bien equipado. Creo que el hotel debe preparar muchos, mantenerlos bajo las lámparas de calor y luego añadir un huevo fresco cocido cuando se les ordena.

La habitación de la familia, que también se ha preparado para el usuario de silla de ruedas, es una gran pareja de concreto, y la habitación de los amigos se ha mantenido en una habitación brillante y soleada. Elija cuidadosamente su habitación si se queda por un tiempo y como una agradable vista. El desayuno estaba bien. He lleno de huevos en avocado, rayo de naranja y surdogo. Sentí que tenía demasiados sabores. Aquí hay unas cuantas comidas, que se pueden encontrar en el hotel. No sería rápido quedarse allí otra vez, aunque la ubicación era fabulosa mirando hacia fuera por el puerto.

El hotel estaba bien en general, pero había algunas cosas que podrían ser definitivamente mejores. Es algo que espera ser cuidadosamente sin tener que recordarlos. Internet en la habitación fue bastante lento. Fue funcionado, pero no grandebueno lo suficiente para comprobar mensajes, pero no confiable si tienes que hacer trabajo o fluir algo. En el lado brillante, el lobby se veía muy agradable, moderno y un buen lugar para sentarse y relajarse un poco. En resumen, no es un mal lugar, pero algunas pequeñas mejoras podrían hacer la estancia mucho más cómoda.

Disappointing. Couldn’t find my booking at all. After getting a room and resting somebody entered to show the room to somebody else. Unfortunately there was a group of ladies booked at the same time and they made a lot of noise and nobody stopping them so I got up at 3.30. Shouted at them and they went to bed. Went for a shower but no hot water. Asked for a fried egg and 2 sausages for breakfast. That took 45 minutes. It could be a great place with some organisation. We were probably unlucky on the night
