JjetlaggerGreat solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma.

I had to switch rooms at midnight because the air conditioning couldn't cool below 20°C. The technician couldn’t fix it and advised me to call the duty manager. I had an early flight and needed rest, but the room change took time, and I was disturbed again by a late-night call offering a towel. I finally slept around 12:30 AM and had to wake up at 5:15 AM. On the bright side, the porter kindly gave me a breakfast bag before my early checkout. Still, I’m reconsidering staying here again—might opt for a 4-star hotel with better comfort next time.

RryancwcEn general, estaba muy contento con mi estancia. La habitación era cómoda y el servicio respondió a mis expectativas. Sin embargo, la cabeza de ducha montada en el techo estaba muy lícita, causando agua a pulverizar por toda la habitación (ver foto adjunta). Esto fue inconveniente y sin duda requiere atención de mantenimiento.

UUsuario anónimoIt’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

UUsuario invitadoi do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

UUsuario invitadoUntuk kamar aslinya bagus bersih, interior bagus, toiletries juga lengkap, dapet slipper juga, hanya saja waktu dateng lagi tahap renov, jadi banyak debu, ruangan nya kurang kedap suara juga, jadi suara dr luar kamar masih kedengeran kenceng banget, pintunya juga g double key, jd cuma kunci ganggang pintu aja, g ada tambahan slot, utk keperluan pengunjung hotel di kamar sangat lengkap banget utk hotel di tengah kota dengan budget minim, recom banget sih ini hotel, parkiran juga luas, pelayanan oke, harga cocok di kantong, di tengah kota, hanya salah datang pas renov aja, semoga kebersihan hotelnya setelah renov semakin bagus, biar tambah banyak pengunjung, sukses selalu Best Hotel..
