Great solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma. JW Marriott and all involved.. till we meet again.. Terih Makasih 🙏🏻

Conveniet location, in within shopping malls. Nice ambient, big room with comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast spread was good, people are friendly. Thanks to have allowed extended checked out time 😀

The room is not too big but it was enough to rest and the hot water shower works fine. Internet connection (wifi) was not really reliable. Simple and old building however it was enough to accommodate for a few days. No tea/coffee maker provided in the room. Simple breakfast provided at the restaurant.

Exceeded expectations! For such an affordable price, I felt like I received 5-star service. Breakfast was included and quite satisfying, and the welcome drink was really refreshing after a long trip. I dropped my luggage before check-in, and it was super convenient, I even got early check-in, which allowed me to explore the city right away and save both time and money. After check-out, I also left my luggage at the hotel and enjoyed a nearby café before my departure. So helpful! The facilities were excellent: power outlets conveniently placed for charging, fresh towels and linens replaced daily, complimentary bottled water, and reliable hot water for showers. There’s also a dispenser for hot and cold water refills. The view from my room was a bonus, I could see Tunjungan Plaza right from the window. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Surabaya. Absolutely loved my stay at Amaris Hotel Embong Malang Surabaya. Definitely staying here again!

Es un hotel decente ubicado en el centro de Surabaya, cerca de Tunjungan Plaza y Jalan Tunjungan. La habitación es bastante básica, con todo lo necesario para una estancia de unas noches… nada lujoso. Me asignaron una habitación con una vista increíble desde el sexto piso. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, y me encantó que tuviera Smart TV. El wifi también es bastante rápido y fiable. Un detalle a mejorar es el mal olor en el pasillo. Creo que se debe a que el edificio es antiguo. Sin embargo, el personal limpia la alfombra del pasillo con regularidad. Sin duda volvería a este hotel si regreso a Surabaya.

Untuk kamar aslinya bagus bersih, interior bagus, toiletries juga lengkap, dapet slipper juga, hanya saja waktu dateng lagi tahap renov, jadi banyak debu, ruangan nya kurang kedap suara juga, jadi suara dr luar kamar masih kedengeran kenceng banget, pintunya juga g double key, jd cuma kunci ganggang pintu aja, g ada tambahan slot, utk keperluan pengunjung hotel di kamar sangat lengkap banget utk hotel di tengah kota dengan budget minim, recom banget sih ini hotel, parkiran juga luas, pelayanan oke, harga cocok di kantong, di tengah kota, hanya salah datang pas renov aja, semoga kebersihan hotelnya setelah renov semakin bagus, biar tambah banyak pengunjung, sukses selalu Best Hotel..

La habitación tiene un olor moldeado, probablemente del viejo techo y los muebles un poco desaparecido. Sin embargo, el desayuno se extendió más de lo que esperamos por el precio que pagamos por la habitación.
