I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Surabaya. Although I arrived late at around 8:00 p.m., I was warmly welcomed by Alfian and Tika at check-in, making me feel at home immediately. Alfian was especially helpful and shared recommendations on things to do in Surabaya, which I really appreciated. Chanif assisted with my luggage and kindly let me know that I could reach out if I needed any help during my stay. Edo and Putri at the restaurant provided pleasant and attentive service throughout. Eko was also very helpful with my luggage. During checkout, Janice and Brian were friendly, professional, and very accommodating, ending my stay on a positive note. Thank you to the entire team at Sheraton Surabaya for your excellent hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Begitu check in di kasi tau handuk nya blm ada.tggu lama gak dtg2 handuk.sampe bbrp x ke room boy nya minta baru ada.keset kaki mlm juga baru dikasi.sikat odol cm ada 1 minta lg baru dikasi.ada telp di kamar tp gak bisa telp receptionist malas naik turun lift kan.lemari2 nya harus di cat ulang deh krn bocel2 jd kelihatan kotor.handuk kuning2.ada dpt yg ada noda seperti darah tp kering sudah.minta tukar yg lain.dan seprei keliatan bnyk noda2.mmg sih murah kasur besar king tp ya begitu

Upon request, the hotel provides me with iron and kettle. But there was a small cockroach in the bathroom. The soap dispenser looks old and not quite clean but overall the hotel is good. Location is great. Recommended.

i do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

Untuk kamar aslinya bagus bersih, interior bagus, toiletries juga lengkap, dapet slipper juga, hanya saja waktu dateng lagi tahap renov, jadi banyak debu, ruangan nya kurang kedap suara juga, jadi suara dr luar kamar masih kedengeran kenceng banget, pintunya juga g double key, jd cuma kunci ganggang pintu aja, g ada tambahan slot, utk keperluan pengunjung hotel di kamar sangat lengkap banget utk hotel di tengah kota dengan budget minim, recom banget sih ini hotel, parkiran juga luas, pelayanan oke, harga cocok di kantong, di tengah kota, hanya salah datang pas renov aja, semoga kebersihan hotelnya setelah renov semakin bagus, biar tambah banyak pengunjung, sukses selalu Best Hotel..

Good price in great location. Only setback - the elevators are super slow. Otherwise a great place to stay in the heart of Surabaya
