The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

Arrived at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport around 5 AM and booked the Guangzhou Yingbin International Hotel last minute via Trip.com. To my surprise, the hotel staff responded incredibly quickly and immediately arranged a shuttle to safely bring us to the hotel to rest, which was truly reassuring.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Este hotel tiene tanto potencial. Algunas partes requieren algunas renovaciones para que sea más presentable y no demasiado anticuado. Pero el personal fue agradable y útil. Precio y ubicación también el mejor. Muchas comidas disponibles deben comer cerca.

La habitación es cómoda, sólo un problema con la puerta que es difícil de abrir porque tienes que llamar a la custodia y el baño es un poco inadecuado porque el agua se está drenando y el drenaje es largo, por lo que es un poco húmedo y húmedo.
