J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hostel ! Gabriel m'a accompagné de A à Z pour toutes mes activités sur trois jours magiques : la première à la sublime cascade de tumpak Sewu, la deuxième aux volcans impressionnants de Bromo, et la troisième au fascinant Kawah Ijen, puis inclus le ticket de ferry pour l'île de Bali. Elle m'a aidé et suivi via WhatsApp de A à Z avec une attention incroyable, et j'ai vraiment eu l'impression d'être accompagné du début à la fin... et même après mon départ ! Un service au top du top, hyper sympa et professionnel. Tout était super bien organisé et mémorable. Je recommande à 1000% ! Merci Gabriel et ses filles ! Terima kasih !

Located in main business street Malang, stay in Santika hotel is always a pleasure. I was welcomed with a basket of fruits and a moment later some afternoon snacks send to my room as complimentary as well, what a sweet welcome from Santika Hotel. Room is clean as always, everything is in good condition. Breakfast always excellence with various of food, desert and local food. I would love to stay at this property again when visit Malang.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. And once again, special thanks to Wike you are a star ⭐

New hotel building in malang, archipelago chains hotel, great room and breakfast, have netflix, google nest and disney hotstar, complete amenities, water refill, gym… but unfortunately the pool is too small.

If travel for this hotel still OK, price competitive, breakfast is standard breakfast. Too many students when I check in, but overall is ok. For business trip.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y en un centro comercial que es conveniente, pero puede estar muy abundante (y encajada) en los fines de semana. Tenemos que pagar 100k de depósito de IDR para nuestras habitaciones, pero como llevamos niños dormidos, nos dejaron comprobar primero las habitaciones. La habitación es limpia pero vieja y básica. La habitación no tiene caja fuerte, cabeza de ducha inmovible. Las instalaciones básicas son kit dental, bolsa de sanidad, capa de ducha y loción. El champú y el gel de ducha son 2-in-1 y se acoplan en la pared. La toalla de baño es la única (no toalla de mano). El desayuno es gratuito para niños 5 y más abajo. Saboroso está bien. Aparte de la estación de huevos, salada, waffles y sección de pastelería, el resto son muy estilo indonesiano.

Estoy muy contento con la experiencia de alojarme en este hotel. La habitación limpia y ordenada me hizo sentir cómodo desde la primera vez que entré. El servicio al cliente amigable y receptivo también proporciona un valor agregado extraordinario. No solo eso, la ubicación estratégica del hotel y su cercanía a la estación hicieron que mi viaje fuera más fácil y eficiente. Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que busque una estancia agradable.

Una nueva y fantástica experiencia para nosotros. Al principio, dudábamos un poco en alojarnos en este hotel, pero nos intrigaba su exterior victoriano, así que nos quedamos. Era, sin duda, tan bueno y lujoso para un hotel de su categoría. Sin embargo, lo único que le faltaba mantenimiento era que las habitaciones estaban un poco viejas y quizás los muebles del baño estaban descuidados. Ayer, el lavabo estaba un poco atascado y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba lo suficiente, a pesar de que ya hacía 18 °C. Aun así, lo compensó el servicio atento y satisfactorio. Esperemos que siga teniendo éxito y que las instalaciones de las habitaciones se renueven aún más. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
