La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, justo en el centro de la ciudad, dondequiera que sea conveniente, caminar a la mayoría de restaurantes, tiendas y tiendas. Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Overall, the place was clean and looked new. Room was clean and relatively spacious. There were only a few, small issues that prevented this from being an all 5 star review. Firstly, sound proofing was bad. I could hear what my neighbours were watching on TV at night, and as we were facing the pool, we could also hear when people were running around there. Secondly, the lifts were really slow and narrow for a seemingly new hotel. The first day I arrived, 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. And the lifts themselves were very narrow and uncomfortable to be in when there were more than 5 persons in the lift. Lastly, the kettle provided in the room was faulty, it didn't stop boiling unless you pressed it manually, making it a bit dangerous for guests who are unaware. But like I said, these just irked me, and other guests may not feel the same way. Overall still a very pleasant stay and good amenities all around.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. It’s a very nice hotel spacious enough , I get an up grade from Mountain View room into bathtub room. Breakfast is complete and variously… And there is a restaurant just across the hotel

The hotel is clean and the facilities are well maintained, though they are a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. One thing to note—if you're a light sleeper like me, you might wake up early due to the nearby prayer call, as the sound carries quite clearly into the room. That said, I understand and respect the local culture, and it’s something to be aware of for those with sensitive sleep schedules. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We arrived as early as 11AM and thankfully given early check in. Any hotel that did this is 5 stars in my book! Room and bathroom were clean. Drinkable water can be obtained from dispenser in the hallway. Breakfast was nice! Great selection of food, snacks, pastries, cereals, etc. Hotel location is in the heart of the city. Probably the only minus point was, as a property the hotel is not the most spacious, so less parking area available. Bunch of cars tend to queue in the morning picking up the outgoing guests.

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y en un centro comercial que es conveniente, pero puede estar muy abundante (y encajada) en los fines de semana. Tenemos que pagar 100k de depósito de IDR para nuestras habitaciones, pero como llevamos niños dormidos, nos dejaron comprobar primero las habitaciones. La habitación es limpia pero vieja y básica. La habitación no tiene caja fuerte, cabeza de ducha inmovible. Las instalaciones básicas son kit dental, bolsa de sanidad, capa de ducha y loción. El champú y el gel de ducha son 2-in-1 y se acoplan en la pared. La toalla de baño es la única (no toalla de mano). El desayuno es gratuito para niños 5 y más abajo. Saboroso está bien. Aparte de la estación de huevos, salada, waffles y sección de pastelería, el resto son muy estilo indonesiano.

We stayed for one night. The room is clean. The hotel is good with a delicious breakfast.The hot water is functioning well. The surroundings are quiet.

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado en una calle principal del centro de la ciudad. Está a aproximadamente un kilómetro de la estación de tren, lo que lo convierte en una ubicación conveniente. Hay muchos restaurantes a lo largo de la calle. La habitación era estándar, espaciosa y tenía bañera. Lamentablemente, era vieja y estaba mal mantenida, con un aspecto un poco descuidado y necesitando una renovación.
