At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. The hotel is clean and the facilities are well maintained, though they are a bit limited. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was decent with a fair selection. One thing to note—if you're a light sleeper like me, you might wake up early due to the nearby prayer call, as the sound carries quite clearly into the room. That said, I understand and respect the local culture, and it’s something to be aware of for those with sensitive sleep schedules. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Nice room, sky deluxe is recently renovated. Love it. I just suggest to the hotel to upgrade their gym, jacuzzi facilities. They are old and rundown. Especially the gym area and the machines.

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

New hotel building in malang, archipelago chains hotel, great room and breakfast, have netflix, google nest and disney hotstar, complete amenities, water refill, gym… but unfortunately the pool is too small.

If travel for this hotel still OK, price competitive, breakfast is standard breakfast. Too many students when I check in, but overall is ok. For business trip.

A 20 minutos andando de la estación de tren y unos 25 del centro. Era mi punto de partida para un tour de 3 días y estuvo funcional para lo que necesitaba. El hall de entrada está muy visual.hice un early check in por 10 euros que desde luego me vino de perlas porque estaba agotada. También tienen un desayuno de 9 a 10 al 50%. Luego la moqueta de la planta en la que me alojé estaba un tanto desgastada y me asusté. Pero el cuarto estaba muy amplio y de muebles de calidad. Merece la pena alojarse ahí.

Es realmente bueno frente a la UB. El calentador de agua funciona bien. Puedes agregar canales de televisión. El control remoto del televisor de la habitación 1115 pidió ayuda porque no se podía encender y apagar, por lo que tuvo que hacerse detrás de la pantalla. Pero hasta ahora todo ha sido un buen desayuno, con muchas opciones, desde alimentos pesados ​​como arroz, pan, cereales, pasteles y frutas hasta gachas de arroz ***** pegajoso. Puedes elegir un buen lugar para quedarte dondequiera que vayas.

Una nueva y fantástica experiencia para nosotros. Al principio, dudábamos un poco en alojarnos en este hotel, pero nos intrigaba su exterior victoriano, así que nos quedamos. Sin embargo, lo único que le faltaba mantenimiento era que las habitaciones estaban un poco viejas y quizás los muebles del baño estaban descuidados. Ayer, el lavabo estaba un poco atascado y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba lo suficiente, a pesar de que ya hacía 18 °C. Aun así, lo compensó el servicio atento y satisfactorio.
