Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families. The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.

Excellent Stay! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Es agradable ser saludado por los guardias de seguridad con amableza. Está limpio el cuarto. Sin embargo, todavía tengo la piscina de los niños que el agua no es limpia. Pero lo más memorable es el alimento, delicioso y no ordinario, de todos modos 👏👏👏

Tempatnya estetik, hanya ada beberapa debu di beberapa titik tapi tidak terlalu mengganggu Sarapannya enak, pelayanan ok, kalau ke bandung cari hotel strategis pasti kesini lg

Sempit... Tengah kota.. Akses gampang... Sesuai harga...

(PROS) Letak hotelnya bukan di jalan utama, jd agak masuk ke dalam jalan lagi. Akses masuknya jg luas masih bisa di lalui 2 mobil. Ada tempat parkiran di basement jg. Tema hotel nya industrial gitu. Untuk kebersihannya cukup bersih, disediakan air mineral, channel tv nya lengkap, karena pakai indovision. Untuk breakfast nya ada beberapa pilihan menu, yaitu nasi goreng, mie goreng, omelete, soto ayam, minuman nya teh. Jadi nanti kita pilih salah satu menu apa yang kita mau. Di hotelnya juga ada cafe nya, di lantai 2, jd kalau lapar bisa mampir kesitu, tempat nya jg nyaman banget. Tempatnya bareng untuk breakfast. (CONS) Handuknya bersih tapi dekil banget dan tidak menyerap. Ac di room 203 panas, jd sama sekali ga terasa dingin nya. Tissu toilet nya jg ga ada refill nya. Secara keseluruhan sih okay, cocok untuk menyendiri, karena suasana nya nyaman ga berisik dan jauh dari keramaian.

Me alojé en un hotel mejor con un precio más barato y mejor ubicación que este hotel. Lo único bueno de este hotel es el vestíbulo y el personal amable. Esta es definitivamente una propiedad antigua que se convirtió en un hotel Swissbell. A juzgar por el estilo de la habitación y los enchufes eléctricos hasta el diseño del baño, sin duda este hotel era de los años 80. Me alojé en el hotel Swissbell en otro lugar, este es de lejos el peor Swissbell que he tenido, y me alojé en muchos hoteles Swissbell en Indonesia. Elegí este Swissbell en Bandung porque pensé que tiene el mismo estándar que el otro Swissbell, estaba equivocado.

La lista no es fuerte, pero el agua está roto, el estacionamiento es de 3.000.000, no hay WiFi
