Aunque el precio puede ser 3 veces superior al de otro hotel de 4 estrellas. Pero podemos relajarnos y disfrutar de una experiencia diferente aquí. El centro de Tentrem justo a la puerta es un plus.

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

The hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

La habitación es limpia y bien mantenida. El baño es limpio y no hay molde. La habitación es limpia diariamente. La televisión muestra 3 canales de cine más otros canales locales e internacionales. El AC puede ser controlado por el termostat y el frío. La iluminación tiene algunos interruptores para controlar el humor. El desayuno bufé tiene cocina occidental, china, japonesa y local Semarang. En general, estamos contentos con el alojamiento y volveremos la próxima vez.

Overall Impression: Despite the minor hiccup at check-in, Hotel Amaris Pemuda Semarang is highly recommended for budget-minded travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in Semarang. The combination of affordable pricing, excellent cleanliness, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes it an attractive option for both leisure and business trips. Como se ha mencionado en mi anterior revisión, el hotel mañana ofrece una excelente experiencia y unas instalaciones de envejecimiento. La estancia fue buena la comida fue sorprendente, pero tengo que decir que en la clase de cuatro estrellas del hotel en el centro de la mismarang hay muchas otras opciones, así que siente libre de ver a los primeros pero no deje el nuevotel completamente fuera de su lista.

The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is still goo. The hotel is very aesthetic and has a beautiful design. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the strength of this hotel is the rooftop. It is also near a big mall in Semarang, which is convenient.

The toilet wasn't clean enough that we needed to put freshener in it. the AC is not working optimally. please improve in the future. thanks

Nos alojamos 4 días en este hotel (del 28 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024). 1. El segundo día antes de irme, le pedí a la recepcionista que le dijera al servicio de limpieza que limpiara nuestra habitación, y también me quejé de que el baño de nuestra otra habitación (reservé 2 habitaciones) siempre estaba inundado de agua. Cuando regresamos al hotel a las 10 p.m. Parece que nuestro baño no ha sido limpiado, parece que solo han cambiado las toallas. Vi que la toalla estaba rota y descolorida, y que la ducha todavía estaba inundada de agua cuando me duché. Después de volver a quejarme con la recepcionista, vino el técnico a arreglarlo, y a las 23.15 vino también la ama de llaves a limpiar el baño. 2. El cuarto día por la mañana, también nos quejamos con la recepcionista de que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación 129 no estaba frío, pero no vino ningún técnico. Hasta las 3 de la madrugada no pudimos soportarlo porque en nuestra habitación hacía mucho calor y pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación. Pero la recepcionista tantas excusas, y no fue hasta las 4 de la madrugada que nos dieron otra habitación. Esto es muy malo porque no pudimos dormir en toda la noche del 31 de diciembre de 2023 al 1 de enero de 2024 a las 4 am. Debido a esos problemas, le pedí al hotel que nos reembolsara el pago del cuarto día porque no pudimos dormir bien debido al mal servicio.
