Booked a last minute break and have to say what a little gem this hotel is. We were welcomed by the owners Steve & Wendy who the most friendly and down to earth people you would ever wish to meet. Their attention to detail is second to none. Complimentary home baked Bakewell tart, fresh milk if needed and an even honesty bar whereby you are trusted to serve your own drinks and settle upon departure. Never came across this before at any hotel stay, just shows what genuine good people the owners are. The hotel is immaculate, tastefully decorated and only a few moments stroll to the sea front. We had the best nights sleep, mattress was extremely comfortable and bed linen was of high quality. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast made to order with additional fresh continental offerings available. This hotel failed to disappoint we can’t wait to visit again.

Great service and good food. As we entered, the host was welcoming and showed our room. Our room was very clean and they had strict regulations around smoking. Good choice of breakfast options and vegan options were available too.

Cosy, clean, and with a warm welcome for all, treat yourself to an exceptionally great stay at a reasonable price.

Si no está seguro de dónde permanecer - no perder tiempo buscando en otro lugar, puedo recomendar 100% quedarse en Arran Lodge. Nos impresionó tanto lo bien que nos cuidamos, una habitación limpia y mantenida con todo lo que quizás necesites, incluyendo un tratamiento de bienvenida - torta de casa, espacio para estacionar el coche fuera de la casa, ¡Una recepción y la más maravillosa elección de desayuno! Great location just a short walk away from the pier and 10-15 min drive from Babbacombe. Clean, cozy rooms with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Fantastic, freshly made delicious breakfasts. Thank you Jonathan & Sade for such a pleasant stay!

Was nice hotel. Stayed for one night. Room was full of extras like little fridge with water init which was very nice. Nice breakfast apart from the beans 😆

The room we were given was at the bottom of a flight of stairs resulting in a lot of noise disturbance throughout the day and night. The hotel itself feels a little dated and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The fire alarm at 7am was also an unwelcome wake up call. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection and the general location is good for accessing local walks and the costal path. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and you can end up with a lengthy walk to the hotel when it is busy.

A simply Devine hotel with such historical charm  The charismatic entrance foyer draws you into this wonderful exquisite reception area We had the upmost pleasure in staying on New Years Eve  & were greeted with a lovely glass of free champagne in letting the New year in  They also had a really good modern band playing the finest of music in one of their opulent rooms  We would grant this very fine hotel a definite 5 Stars experience  Many thanks

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable y la zona de piscina es una zona de piscina. El hotel es muy grande y hay muchos alrededor. También está en una gran ubicación cerca de la playa, parques y caminar a distancia de la ciudad. Estamos realmente disfrutando de nuestra estadía aquí :)
