Great staff, nice room, very comfy bed but let down by some grubby stains on the carpet and a previous guests medication and yoghurt left in the fridge. Would stay again though

Perfect hotel if you’re visiting the area. Lovely location and views of the river and cathedral. Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are of a high standard. Excellent drinks variety with the distillery and brewery on site. Service is impeccable. Great breakfast.

La habitación era muy buena y limpia y la sauna, piscina y cuarto de vapor fueron fantásticos.

Loved this hotel , right in the middle of Inverness with lots of pubs and restaurants round about . Also close to train station. View of the river was great ! We had a privilege room and it was fab .

Evening event dinner was at best poor. Starter which should have been hot was cold, main course just warm, the desert had run out by the time our table was served.  The hotel toilets were in need of an attendant checking regularly .  We ended up laughing about it with references to faulty towers.  However our room was beautiful, clean, well presented, the bed was very comfortable.  We had a great night sleep.  At breckfast the arm of my chair was loose and lifted up when I would go to move my chair in/out from the table.  When I was looking around the continental breckfast counter I could hear a male member of the kitchen staff shouting and swearing using the F word, not at all what I expected from any Hotel.  Lasting impression I would not rush back.

We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge. Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault). The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.

Justo al lado de la sala de exposiciones del lago Ness, el espacio de estacionamiento en la sala de exposiciones es el espacio de estacionamiento del hotel. Simplemente deténgase y no necesite dinero. Puede aparcar su coche junto al hotel después de las 18:00 horas. De hecho, este es un motel, la habitación está arriba (la sensación es el segundo piso y medio, el equipaje grande es difícil de mover, más fitness), no hay ascensor, la habitación es grande, hay una cama pequeña, es adecuada para una familia de tres. Limpio y bien equipado. El desayuno no está incluido en el precio de la habitación y el desayuno está disponible en el primer piso para el desayuno. Hay cena en el segundo piso, el precio es barato, el sabor está bien.

I asked for a quiet room and was placed on 1st floor however in a room closest to the main road with lots of traffic noise and there was construction going on nearby with constant drilling and noise until 4am so I never managed to sleep for most of the night, meaning that I couldn’t get up early to use the facilities. It’s not the staffs fault, but just be careful when booking.

Overall good stay! Booked close to the holidays so the deal was good! However, the bathroom was mouldy and very congested. Apart from that usual amenities and breakfast options. Very accessible location! The staff were very polite and easy going.
