Check in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

This hotel is purely for its convenient location. Don't expect anything at all. The two of us had two large suitcases. Because the elevator was out of service, we had to use the escalator, but the hotel staff did not offer to help. They only assisted after we repeatedly asked them. Then at check-out, the elevator still wasn't fixed. In the end, a staff member just stood there and still didn't proactively help us carry our luggage up one floor. The room rate on Sunday night was around HKD $2,000, not including breakfast. At that price, it's absolutely not worth it. I think it's worth HKD $1,200 at most. I originally had high expectations for the Sofitel brand, but I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel or any of its sister properties again. Really disappointed

I was there earlier than the advertised check in but the lovely gentleman on the front desk was kind enough to allow me to get my room key right then. After travelling for almost 48 hours I welcomed a hot shower and some cool sheets. Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave after said shower and never got to sample the bed. But from three previous stays in this particular hotel I knew I would have an excellent nights sleep

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.

Me cambiaron de habitación y la tenían lista cuando llegué. Estaba muy limpia y también había agua de cortesía en la habitación. El personal del Holiday Inn fue muy atento y servicial en todo sentido. El desayuno era muy fresco y se servía bien y con una presentación excelente. Volvería a reservar con trip.com. Dattar Singh

El espacio en la habitación es suficiente, los dos personas que se quedan junto con dos grandes maletas también tienen espacio para caminar, y el desayuno es bueno. Eso es que acabamos de robar el ascensor todo roto, para llevar las escaleras de la maleta, pero podemos encontrar ayuda para el servidor, pero tememos que los problemas nos aterren y lo hagamos nosotros mismos.

Me dieron una habitación muy mala. Todavía quedaban varios pasos desde el baño. Fui a la recepción y pedí cambiar de habitación. La recepción dijo que no había lugar. ¿Por qué no me diste una habitación mejor? Efectivamente, me levanté en medio de la noche y tropecé con el inodoro. Y no había teléfono en la habitación, así que fui a la recepción para preguntar cualquier cosa. La señal wifi desaparece tan pronto como se cierra la puerta de la habitación. Si desea utilizar wifi, no puede cerrar la puerta. Puedes encontrarte con cualquier flor extraña
