Nice location which close to a lot of signature sightseeing places, such as Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Historial Jeanne d’Arc, Le Gros Horloge, Opéra de Rouen Haute-Normandie - Théâtre des Arts Opéra Orchestre Normandie Rouen, Église Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Rouen, etc. Accommodating with kitchen and microwave which absolutely good for those family who like to have their own seafood party, you can easily buy your own seafood from Poissonnerie Villard - Le Littoral, or Poissonnerie Saint-Marc, etc. Staffs are kind and friendly, the aparthotel provides replacement of garbage bags and toilet papers, just asked at their reception desk. It definitely a good and memorable stay in Rouen.

Stayed 1 night with family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had a decent spread. You need to pay additional for underground parking if you choose to use it. The parking is secure and good. I would surely recommend the hotel!

En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren en Rouen. Amar el hotel que está justo cerca de la Torre Rouen, sitio histórico. Amar los dulces y las dulces y los frutos infundidos wster que es complimentar. No olvide las manzanas también. El personal del frente es amigable y muy útil.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

Great staff and lovely clean hotel. It's set in a main road so can be quite noisy during the night but the rooms a good job blocking most noise out. Otherwise location is great on the river and only a max 20 mins walk into the centre, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Apartamento y hotel decente cerca del centro de la ciudad. En general, personal amigable y orientado al cliente. Quisiera marcar el desayuno en el formato de la mesa sueca, muy variado, para Francia muy inesperadamente. Desafortunadamente, debido a la falta de urgencia especial del personal en esta parte, hubo perturbaciones como la adición de alimentos en la mesa, y con platos/dispositivos

The landlord is very nice. The room is very close to the cathedral and you can hear the church bells. The only drawback is that there is no main light in the room, only two small table lamps, which is not enough lighting.

Bon séjour Appt 201 - Séjour d'une semaine avec une famille de 4 personnes. Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres, d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée), ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus, quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes, ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et repeindre par endroits.

Walking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
