«Cerca de la estación de Perrache, ideal para conectarse o tomar metro/tranvía. El hotel era pequeño, limpio y moderno. No hay problemas con el hotel, solo que el primer día solo teníamos 2 toallas de baño, el segundo día teníamos 2 toallas de baño y una alfombra de baño, el tercer día teníamos 2 toallas de baño, una alfombra de baño y toallas de mano. Me preguntaba si nos quedamos más tiempo en el día. cuatro, también hubiéramos tenido batas de baño… jajaja
Compramos el desayuno por 10,50 €, que era básico (1 croissant, café/té, zumo, mermelada de pan, queso para untar y cereales).
En general me alojaría aquí de nuevo.»

WWeiyuanAllenEl hotel está situado al oeste de la estación (Figura 1) y está conectado con una estación de trenes. La construcción cercana, lo que ha llevado a la navegación no está permitida, me dirijo por mí mismo, me he quedado mucho tiempo, y finalmente he estacionado el coche en el almacén de la estación (Figura 2) y tiene que salir por la estación para llegar al hotel.

The breakfast served in the garden is a must-try, providing a delightful start to the day. Additionally, the hotel's central location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city.

UUsuario invitadoStaying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment.
The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning.
Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience:
- no kettle (had to be asked for)
- just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room
- no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with
- no safe in the room (common one at the reception)
- no fridge (seriously?)
- no slippers (and they don’t provide them)
- no towel heaters or radiators in the room
- just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels
- no bath robes
- no bide or hygienic shower
- no toilet brush (are you for real?)
- one trash can (without a bag)
- extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags
On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited.
The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned.
The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

UUsuario invitadoHoteles en Saône: Este hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, entre los ríos Rhône y Saône. Observa que hay escaleras de unos metros en cada piso para llegar a la parte posterior del hotel. Esto es muy importante si tiene problemas de caminar. La piscina está en el suelo y aquí se puede “”las tardes o “”” las noches de trabajos de aproximadamente 5 metros y bañe a una burbuja en una especie de cueva reconstruida. Para el transporte de y a la estación Part Dieu se puede tomar el autobús o el metro. El autobús no va a ir tan a menudo.

AAng_ieOur stay at Hotel Beau Rivage felt like a quiet pause along the journey. It’s the kind of place where you slow down without trying, simply because of where you are.
The location is truly lovely—surrounded by nature, with greenery all around. It immediately felt peaceful, almost grounding, as if the hotel blends naturally into its surroundings rather than standing apart from them.
One of the highlights was the view over the Rhône River. Watching the water flow by added a gentle rhythm to our stay, whether in the soft morning light or later in the day as everything settled into evening. It’s the sort of view that makes you linger a little longer, even if you’re just passing through.
As a stopover location, the hotel worked perfectly. It was convenient, easy to access, and restful—exactly what you hope for when breaking up a longer journey.
Hotel Beau Rivage didn’t need to do much to impress. The natural setting, the river views, and its ease as a stopover made it a calm and memorable place to rest before moving on.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023.
The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour.
The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts.
The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer.
The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day.
We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

BBruno UA seulement 15 minutes du métro d'Oullins, cet hôtel est facile d'accès. Un accueil souriant et rapide m'a permis de récupérer rapidement mes clés.
Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et de taille assez grand pour une personne.
Bien que situé à côté de l'autoroute, l'isolation de la chambre est efficace.
Un seul bémol, la climatisation réversible fonctionne difficilement et ne chauffe pas trop la pièce.
