We totally enjoyed our stay in Cloitre des Augustins in Avignon! We had 2 rooms and stayed for 6 nights with family. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Air conditioning is perfect and with all utensils for making meals. The location is wonderful with lots of cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Also walkable to all major attractions such as the Pont d’Avignon (the broken bridge) and Palais de Papes. About 15 minutes walk to Avignon Centre train station which is a bonus if you plan to travel to nearby towns like Arles or Nimes by train. Convenient location and nice rooms. Besides, the host Patrick and his wife are helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

If you’re looking for a unique historic experience in Avignon, I strongly recommend this hotel. The wall of the room was several hundreds years old and we felt like drawn into a time trip. Veronique and Fabrice were very kind and we could stay comfortably as Fabrice recommended us many good restaurants.

第一次遇到如此割裂的酒店 好壞都挺極致的 先説壞的 如果你是女性獨旅 又是大晚上到的酒店 可能會非常惶恐 因為入口基本找不到 找到了以為是廢墟 建議搭火車 一出站右轉直通酒店電梯到前台 再來是酒店公共區域包括走廊 有一股些微的味道 我住過幾家宜必思 這家公共區域的衞生最堪憂 但房間內部衞生沒問題 我是過敏體質 並沒有發生任何皮膚問題 另外就是酒店在裝修 我有天下午回去休息 被電鑽搞得快發瘋 現在説好的 位置一流 1分鐘走到火車站 過馬路就是城牆 走15分鐘到教皇宮及斷橋 雖然就在軌道邊上 但基本不吵 因為有三層隔音窗 早餐延續宜必思優勢 簡單卻新鮮可口 應有盡有 前台服務非常親切 專業 總體來説 性價比是有競爭力的 如果沒有裝修聲 而且習慣入口的廢墟荒涼感 不在意公共區域的些微味道 還是可以奔着交通 早餐來住 畢竟阿**翁是重要的轉運站 去阿爾勒聖雷米等等周邊 搭火車方便是很重要的

La ubicación es tranquila y es muy conveniente visitar la antigua ciudad. Una vez que el dueño del hotel presenta entusiasta el mapa para explicar en detalle qué atracciones. Pero en general, más como un pueblo, hay una hora de la tarde 4-7 cada día para el alojamiento y hay que salir a las 11:00. Nuestro cuarto está organizado en el edificio de la casa de baño, el tercer piso, necesitamos llevar nuestras propias maletas de las escaleras de la casa de baño. El agua de la habitación está gozando de agua, no hay sistema de viento, me siento un poco tímido cuando duerme, y las ropas no se pueden secar. Al principio vi el logotipo en el baño que dice que el agua caliente no debe ser más de cuatro minutos. También me sorprendió que después vi un aparato eléctrico de agua caliente en el baño público del primer piso, se dio cuenta que puede ser porque docenas de habitaciones comparten un aparato de agua caliente y agua caliente limitada. En general, el precio es bueno.

Great location right outside the old town, making it super easy to hit all the main attractions! The room was spacious for our family of four and lovely overall, though a couple of small cleanliness hiccups kept it from being perfect (leftover breakfast in the corridor and an empty soap dispenser). The staff was welcoming and breakfast was decent. Just a minor suggestion for more seating in the bar area next time! Still, not bad for a quick city break.

The receptionist was rude and not hospitable, couldn't find our booking, wanted to charge us twice, said we couldn't park at the parkimg as a reservation was required even though on trip.com it was explicity written no reservation for parking required and the toilet door was broken, found some stuff from previous client in the bathroom as well. The pool is very nice though

Hay cocina, sofás, mesa, puedes dormir solo, sentirte familiar y sentirte muy cálido. Hay dos escritorio y dos sofás, adecuados para vivir por un tiempo. El taxi está a 8€ de la estación de Avignon, y también el autobús pasa.

The sheets were only clean cuz they outsourced the cleaning to another company who does the job well. For this price, you need to put your own sheets and set up your own bed, AND still have to send it downstairs (didn’t seem mandatory but encouraged). My ceiling walls were peeling, my bunk bed frame made of cold metal, and the tap was hard to control — water kept flowing out even if we pressed the knob lightly. I slept well on the first night but on the second, homeless people were screaming and harassing a girl, woke my roommates up and we weren’t sure if we should call the police. You’re better off another hostel. Breakfast variety was ok.

Una habitación pequeña, que probablemente dependeba del tipo de habitación reservado, no describe de forma tan drástica, pero no de forma tan drástica, donde prácticamente sólo la cama tomaba la habitación y entre la cama y la pared en el fondo se acaba de pasar. No hay vasos ni vasos en el cuarto, el agua de conducción (no hay botella de agua para el huésped) tuvo que beber directamente de la mano! en el lavabo. El baño estaba limpio y completamente bien. Pero la puerta de la habitación era desagradablemente vieja y fláctica. El ascensor era terriblemente viejo y tenías miedo de quedarte ahí. La sala de desayuno era muy bonita, pero cuando otros dos invitados vinieron a nosotros, sólo tenía que poner un café nuevo para ellos porque la cubierta estaba vacía, lo que duró, además, los pocos discos de salami y queso de nosotros ya habían comido casi - los Pobres invitados a nosotros. La noche anterior queríamos cenar en esta habitación emocionante, lo que no iba a ser, sólo en otra habitación de restaurante (también bien, pero no muy bonito), pero la noche siguiente vimos a los huéspedes en el gran y hermoso chaleco en el ”baño”. Comer allí... Esto me parece un mal servicio sin explicación. La noche anterior. Debido al ascensor y a la falta de confort en el cuarto, me reservaría en otro lugar en el próximo viaje, a pesar de la situación en el palacio del Papa.

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the south. It generally met our expectations - clean, basic, and a bit worn out. For a solo traveler/ woman may be a bit scary because the location is isolated. Automatic check-in may be tricky (made it from the 3 attempt).
