1. Отель расположен в живописном месте, с большой ухоженной территорией. Много животных можно встретить, не выходя из отеля и даже номера 2. Очень необычные номера- как дачные домики. Уютно и романтично, все удобства. 3. Забота и внимание персонала 4. Рядом вход в шикарный парк Aguti- билет на вход дают на рецепции отеля 5. Очень хороший ресторан, правильное питание 6. Отличный массаж 7. Нескончаемое звездное небо над головой

Wat verouderd hotel maar wel netjes en schoon met super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel Hele grote kamers en een goede douche met warm water en harde straal Ontbijt ook erg lekker met vers fruit koffie thee of warme chocolademelk en fruitdrankjes Het hotel is net buiten het centrum maar je loopt er zo geen dat is heel dichtbij terug wel een beetje pittig omdat je tegen de berg op moet lopen 😅

Valle Escondido has a great view over the valley and good nature trains where you can spot animals and birds in their environment. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with nothing being too much bother. The restaurant serves home town produce however the menu dos not vary between lunch and dinner so staying there for a few days and eating at this restaurant can become repetitive/limited choices. Whilst nature takes and eco ethos takes front stage there are a few little things that could be improved to ale their offering better: - more comfortable seating areas - this would help guests relax and be bake to sit comfortably during days when it’s raining. There’s little spaces for this at present. - vary the menu between lunch and dinner - possibly add a swimming pool / jacuzzi to increase relaxation or enhance luxury - rooms above the gues shop and by the Landry could do with some modernising. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at and the above enhancements could make it excellent. The location is quiet (nature is the only thing making noises!) and it’s easy to get a taxi ordered into town costing some USD 6. If asking the reception to organise the cloud forest tour please note this does not include pick up from hotel and a taxi there will likely cost USD 20). Hotel staff were amazing. El hotel Poco a Poco fue un hotel maravilloso, agradable, personal y hermoso. No utilizábamos el servicio de spa, sino que nos disfrutamos de la caminata a través de los jardines.

Aunque está en Sta Elena, si vienes sin coche, estarás bastante lejos de la zona donde está la mayor parte de restaurantes y tiendas. El personal es muy atento. En general, es un buen hotel para alojarse.

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.
