Un hotel realmente fantástico. El personal de recepción es competente y amable. El registro de entrada y salida es rápido. El personal está siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel ofrece desayuno, almuerzos sencillos y té. Sus batatas al horno están deliciosas. Nunca pasé hambre durante mi estancia en este hotel. Mi esposo y yo hemos estado viajando por toda China y este hotel es el mejor. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. La ubicación también es excelente. La limpieza también es buena. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona. La habitación está equipada con tecnología inteligente Xiao Du. Espero que tengan esta cadena en otras ciudades. Instalaciones: Muy bien Según la introducción, es un hotel que abrió hace apenas unos años. Salud: No está mal, limpio. Medio ambiente: tipo de habitación mejorada con 2 grandes ventanales de vidrio del piso al techo. Servicio: Hay frutas de bienvenida para el check-in y se entregaron pequeños obsequios al salir. Vi que eran bocadillos especiales de Wenzhou. En general, es bueno. Lo volveré a elegir la próxima vez que tenga la oportunidad.

Staffs are very good. They are very helpful and service minded. The room is very clean but the toilet's door is transparent. The location is near to Longwan International Airport. It takes around 10-15 mins to the airport. Hotel is a bit far from restaurants. There is vending machine in the lobby. You can find some beverage and instant noodles.

The location is good and theres a small mall nearby that has all the basic services so its really convenient. Room is fairly spacious and comfortable with everything that i needed. What really stands out to me is the level of service here, as a solo traveller that doesnt have a itinerary, i asked the front desk for advice as usual and one of the staff ”Cola” was nice enough to offer to take me out on his off day. He drove us to a recommended venue that has a yearly festival happening and even paid for the snacks that we got. I felt under the weather the following day and he also got me a ginger tea that i requested as well as offered to bring me to the hospital or get some local remedy for my ailment. We went out for dinner several times including some of the lady staffs and had a great time. Really enjoyed my stay here and i even extended by a week due to his impeccable service. I have never had such an amazing service even when i travelled to other cities in China or other countries!

Un hotel típico chino para eventos, aunque no merece el nombre de hotel de aeropuerto. Se supone que está a poca distancia del aeropuerto, pero está lejos. Ofrece servicio de transporte. Home Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective. Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note. The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles: 1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations. 2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms. In summary: I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.
