It’s a landed property with 3 floors. No lift, so either leave your heavy luggage downstairs or carry up on your own. Smaller public space and kitchen but good enough to stay around. The hostel is well managed with fans to air and dry out the space. 4 toilets and 3 showers for 4 bedrooms (around 28 beds I think). But if not all using the shower room or toilet at the same time. It’s just nice. Would be good if there’s 1 or 2 more hangers in the shower and toilet. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included with simple white toast, one egg each and jam. Although location is 20 mins bus to downtown, it’s close to train station to travel to other small town and convenient stop for 台湾好行. I had no issue as vegetarian as there are eateries around within 5-30 mins walking distance and convenient stores at station. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. There are travel information available for last minute planning. Free bike renting starts from 10am. There’s postal service too.

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento durante el período de estancia. Situación aunque en el mercado nocturno todavía estaba a una distancia de la estación de ferrocarril. Taxi tarifa abt TWD220. Había servicio de navegación del hotel, pero no hay instrucciones claras sobre cómo reservar a priori. Información no disponible en trip.com. El personal de concierge no ofreció el servicio fácilmente también. Se dijo que sólo estaba disponible para los miembros. No para la reserva de la tercera fiesta. Estoy decepcionado. La habitación era espaciosa. 2 camas de tamaño reina. Pero el baño y el baño eran pequeños. La cabeza golpeará la puerta si me siento en la bodega de baño y me acostumbra un poco a la frente. La puerta de baño golpea la cabeza de la ducha, por lo que si no se nota, y abre la puerta con fuerza puede romper la puerta de vidrio. La habitación era muy amarilla, pero la habitación era muy amarilla. 2 de 3 lavadoras fuera de orden. Lav polvo no se dispensó de la venta de la máquina. Hv para cambiar monedas en el lobby cuando la lavadora está en el piso 6. En general, no muy bien a las expectativas, desgraciadamente.

We stayed in a very clean and comfortable double deluxe room on the 6th floor. Bed was maybe a little hard, but still cosy thanks to the fantastic duvet. Our room had a decent view towards the mountains in the north-west. We paid the small extra charge for buffet breakfast when booking, and were satisfied with the choices of food available. Breakfast is taken on the 10F, and this restaurant has nice views towards the ocean.

I had a wonderful stay: perfect location in the city center, very nice and comfortable room, kind staff. They provided a voucher to have breakfast at the coffeeshop in front, or even bought breakfast for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Este resort es muy anticuado. Necesita una gran actualización. El resort huele viejo y el baño de la habitación que habíamos quedado no estamos limpios y necesitamos reparaciones. El spa estaba bien y era raro tener un edificio residencial cerca para ver la piscina spa. La instalación parece vieja y vacía. Hay edificios residenciales alrededor, pero no hay restaurantes ni comedor cerca, sólo uno 7-11. Sin embargo, el personal fue maravilloso, y apreciamos su ayuda de trabajar con nosotros para satisfacer nuestra petición.

La Sala de Relax en Green Island, Taiwán, ofrece una estancia increíblemente bienvenida, comenzando con un excelente servicio de llegada. Aprecio que ofrezcan llevar sus equipajes directamente a la ubicación, y tener a alguien esperando por usted justo cuando se vaya del ferry hace que la llegada sea totalmente libre de estrés. I had a pleasant stay at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel 4 years ago, so thought I'd try Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II this time, as they are located near to each other, very close to the bus station and Tiehua Village. This is a great location to explore the city. However, other than the superb location and the bigger room, there isn't much else to love about this hotel. There was literally no service at this branch. Staff were not welcoming and unlike other hotels in Taiwan, they do not greet guests when you are at the lobby. I also never saw any of them smile at guests. In fact, on my first day of check-in, I was blatantly told to check in at Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel instead, because ”the hotel is closed for the day”. When I asked how come I was not informed earlier, the staff answered ”because you don't have a Taiwan mobile number”. This is absurd to me, isn't there the Trip.com messaging service where you can contact guests? Very disappointed with the way they handle such cases, no apology at all, and just gives a very transactional feeling. The only time I encountered a staff who greeted me was at the breakfast restaurant. Room amenities and facilities look like they need proper maintenance, and the windows were so dirty. The bed was also not very comfortable to sleep on. Lastly, I know Taiwan hotel breakfasts are usually not so nice compared to eating out in the breakfast shops, but the quality of the breakfast was really bad. Seasonal fresh fruit selection was only watermelon on 1 morning, and guava + watermelon on another. In conclusion, very disappointed with my stay here this time. Will definitely think twice about returning to Traveller Inn Tiehua Cultural and Creative Hotel II the next time I visit Taitung again.
