My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, and I appreciated the courteous service from the Level 3 staff at the hot spring facility. Following my initial feedback about an employee interaction, the hotel management promptly contacted me to address the matter. After investigation, they clarified that the staff member belonged to the accounting department (not guest services) and wasn't required to assist guests, though her uniform resembled front desk attire. I suggested differentiating uniforms for non-service staff to avoid future misunderstandings, which the hotel acknowledged. I'm very satisfied with their proactive response and commitment to improving guest experiences.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff n nice spacious rooms well furnished, just like the pics online. We had a room where smoking was permitted but it didn't smell. They are a little run down but everything worked well. It is a busy street but the housing is set back from the road so you don't hear the traffic. Free to use laundry facilities which was great- washers n dryers. Breakfast was ok, small space was very chaotic with tour groups.

五星好評！這次來瑞麗出差入住興都温泉酒店，整體環境和硬件設施遠超預期。酒店大堂裝修沉穩大氣，圓形吊頂搭配大理石牆面，中央整木茶桌質感十足，公共區域寬敞氣派。電梯廳乾淨整潔，牆面裝飾精緻，樓層走廊鋪設精緻花卉地毯，牆面完好、燈光柔和，整條走廊乾淨無異味，公共區域維護得非常用心。客房空間開闊，整體裝修簡約雅緻，背景牆設計簡約耐看，房間地毯完整乾淨。房間配套設施齊全完整，靠窗設有深色書桌和舒適座椅，配備燒水壺、瓶裝飲用水、茶杯咖啡包，辦公泡茶都很方便。窗邊擺放一套休閑沙發和小茶桌，閑暇時可以坐着喝茶休息，衣帽架、座機、遙控器、雨傘等物品一應俱全，小細節考慮十分周到。重點誇讚床品！床墊軟硬恰到好處，支撐力很好，床單被套乾淨整潔，面料柔軟親膚，枕頭蓬鬆適中，奔波一天躺下很快就能放鬆入睡，睡眠質量特別好。房間遮光窗簾厚實，隔音效果不錯，環境十分安靜。衞生間全屋大理石瓷磚，整潔乾爽，淋浴區做了獨立擋水設計，水壓穩定充足，熱水供應迅速，毛巾獨立封裝擺放，乾淨衞生，地面沒有水漬，打掃十分到位。整家酒店設施保養很新，環境乾淨靜謐，硬件配置齊全，居住舒適度很高，來瑞麗住宿強烈推薦這家，下次出行還會選擇興都温泉酒店。

灑店房間有露台，房間空間大，花灑洗澡水量大，夠熱，停車場就在酒店門口，停車場很大，特別方便自駕遊，灑店就在瑞麗古城裡，遊玩很方便，吃飯可以去處婆家吃，環境好又實惠，房間衞生乾淨，床上用品幹操沒有異味，前台服務員態度好能耐心解答問題

Para abrir el equipo, la higiene es buena, la casa es tan vieja, no hay ni una gran cantidad de polvo. La ubicación del hotel es buena, muy cerca del mercado nocturno, y comer es conveniente. En contraste, se recomienda la opción cuando los fondos son limitados.
