KKittenMacMuffinWe stayed at this hotel for two nights with my three girlfriends to celebrate Christmas, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel is stylish, cozy, new, and exceptionally clean. It felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The service was absolutely fantastic! The staff’s hospitality truly amazed us—they are like magicians, turning every wish into reality almost instantly. They even let us decorate the hall for Christmas and helped with the fireplace until late at night, making our celebration extra special. If you’re looking for a perfect stay with top-notch service, this is the place to be! 😍😍😍

TT. HlaingAll the Hotel Staff quite polite with excellent service. Only problem I was face in This Rizhao City Authority keeps asking my why am I coming this city, who am I contact to, why I came to Visit in this city. That's really, really Annoying me during I was staying at two nights in this hotel. But hotel staff very excellent. GIVEN them 10 Marks, overwhelming service.
Except Rizhao City is authority.

SSofia_PoeThe hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there.
Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

UUsuario invitadoIt is a typical big cheaper hotel, which means many drunk businessmen and weddings. This also means often there is noise during the night. One night there was a wedding party in the rooms next to me and they had the party in the hallway. After requesting less noise, I got attacked physically by one of the guests. The hotel didn’t want to do anything about it and only changed my room. No other offer or consequences for the wedding guests.

Have posted my original review as a picture here as nothing has changed since my last stay 10 months ago. Cleanliness, service, staff, rooms, breakfast - all still great! Excellent location for railway and airport, The Mixc shopping centre and Wangpingkou beach. Highly recommend for Rizhao holidays .

HHaris 哈瑞斯La ubicación del hotel es extraordinaria en una gama de precios específica. Pero la limpieza me puso un poco fuera. No muy feliz de estar en el interior, pero al mismo tiempo fuera de la atmósfera y las cosas fueron sorprendentes. La playa está literalmente a pie y le permite caminar frecuentemente por la mañana y por la noche.

HHuang ZipengHotel room was nice and clean. Good breakfast, a lot of options. The location is a bit isolated, you can't walk to anywhere. We got fever during the stay, asked for a thermometer from the reception and was told they don't have one available for customers. was a bit disappointed.

TTey Khang SiangOverall satisfying stay at the hotel.
Only a couple of small issues - the basin wasn't draining properly, the cover stops water flow completely, has to be totally opened up to drain the water; toilet roll wasn't provided, only facial tissues; the sound insulation between rooms were bad, can often hear guests next door while they are on their phones.
Otherwise, it is a decent hotel.
