I really like the hotel and its location in the heart of the jungle, when you are surrounded by the forest and the sounds of nature. A wonderful place where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, watch the stars at night and even in the rain you can sleep well and relax. I liked the friendly staff and it was a big plus that it was fashionable to stay with our four-legged friend😀 Have beautiful roads for walk👍

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet limited but adequate. We also enjoyed the hot spring!

Este pueblo se construyó con agua, la casa se distribuyó a lo largo de la agua de la manguera, alto y bajo, nivel separado, la ventana y la puerta se abre directamente al paisaje, ¡muy hermoso! El día que llegamos, llueve y hay grandes aire, humedo, con flores y hierbas, oyendo el ruido de la agua, el corazón se apaga y se calma en el paisaje. La única inconveniente es que el pueblo no tiene un departamento de ventas. Por lo tanto, se recomienda que todos traigan algo de frutas antes de venir. Además, el pueblo también le envía un poco de comida, un poco de comida, un poco de comida de tarde (hasta las 12:00 de la noche, se perdió)

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

酒店環境清幽，設施齊全乾凈整潔，我們入住的時候遇上下雨，一幫朋友呆在酒店裡麪泡着茶聊個天，很是悠閑。還可以打麻將消遣。值得表揚的是，管家小陳和小邱，服務貼心，有求必應，還主動幫忙上下提行李。總的來講，這次度假住酒店很滿意。

聽朋友説南崑山養生谷很不錯，清明假期終於過來體驗了一番。雖然節假日但排隊拿房間的顧客不多，很快就辦理好入住了，服務員都很耐心，特別是小樑，找不到停車場，她很耐心地告訴我們怎麼走，並貼心地告訴我們泡温泉的注意事項。房間寬敞明亮，設施設備齊全，該有的都有。公共温泉區泡池不多，遊人也很少，環境舒適，下次還帶家人過來泡温泉。

雖然設施有點陳舊，但維護得還不錯，可以感覺得到店家在用心經營。感受最深的服務態度非常好，無論是前台還是樓層服務員，都很熱情和親切。唯一遺憾的是衞生間返味比較嚴重，而且入住的時候就發現坐便器下水不是很通暢。

A Hidden Gem in South Kunshan – Truly the Best Homestay in China 🌿🏡 Our stay at Huaxi Yuguwei Mountain Residences in South Kunshan was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff, who truly go out of their way to make every guest feel comfortable and cared for. The room we stayed in was very spacious, with cozy bedding and a private balcony offering stunning views of the mountains and the peaceful backside of the property — a perfect escape into nature. The kitchen team was amazing, consistently serving us fresh, flavorful food with great attention to detail and taste. Every meal felt like it was made just for us. Another thoughtful touch was the WeChat group created by the hosts, which included all the staff. It made communication seamless and allowed them to provide even more efficient, personalized service. Though the property is nestled in nature, shops and restaurants are just a 15-minute drive away, so convenience was never an issue. Without a doubt, this is the best homestay experience I’ve had in China. I will definitely return — not just for the comfort and service, but for the peace, relaxation, and closeness to nature that this place offers. Highly recommended! 🌸🌄

The most magical oasis - we loved every minute spent here. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hot spring facilities felt like you were in the jungle, quiet and relaxing and so many to choose from. We will definitely be back.
