A Second Stay That Felt Like Coming Home Returning to this hotel for my second stay was such a joy. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed, and once again I was deeply touched by the sincerity, kindness, and care of everyone here. On my first visit, General Manager Xie Yuzhen had taken time out of his own schedule to personally show me some of the special places around Liuzhou, a kind gesture I will never forget and am grateful for as it was the highlight of my trip to China. On this return visit, he again looked after me with great care, making sure all of my transport was perfectly in place and that I felt comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and generosity set the tone for the whole team. I also want to especially thank Ma Yu, who had been part of that half-day trip with the Xie Yuzhen on my first stay. She looked after me throughout my stay with such warmth and attention that I felt completely cared for. Her kindness made this visit feel even more personal and memorable. As always, Zhou Jinxin was wonderfully attentive on every ride, making sure I was comfortable and never without help. Even though I didn’t personally see the same housekeeping staff as before where Tan Rufang had looked with perfect attention to detail after my room, her colleagues made sure my room was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully arranged. Everyone I met—whether I knew their names or not—was always patient, thoughtful, and kind. What makes this hotel so special isn’t just the comfort, elegance, great food, the cleanliness, or the many thoughtful extras, it’s the people. Their genuine warmth and generosity turn a stay into a heartfelt experience, and that is why I was so happy to return. I am truly grateful for everything they did for me, and I know that I will look forward to coming back again. If you are visiting Liuzhou, there is no better place than this! 民宿所處位置環境超級棒，天然氧吧，適合節假日休閑度假、發呆放鬆。老闆娘是典型的廣西女人，勤勞務實，房間衞生都是自己打掃，房間整潔衞生，床品乾淨舒適。自駕電車的，可以跟老闆娘商量提供充電樁（慢充，有償使用）。硬件算不得高檔小資，但勝在務實夠用、細節取勝，心思花在刀刃上。我們大晚上十一點才摸黑趕到，坐在露台上，一泡下肚，一天的疲憊隨風而去。衹是來去匆匆，沒能深度體驗，有點遺憾。

I stayed at the ECHENG Hotel Liuzhou InTime City with my wife for three days and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Liuzhou Railway Station and not far from the airport. It was easy to get around and explore the city. Some of the main attractions like Liuhou Temple, Liuhou Park, and Liujiang Bridge are nearby, which made sightseeing simple and enjoyable. The service was excellent. Staff were helpful, polite, and professional throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good each morning, with a decent variety of options to start the day. Although we did not have a car, we were able to rent an electric bike just around the corner for 35 RMB per day, which made getting around even more fun and convenient. The gym is fairly standard but has an excellent view of the city. If you feel like going for a run on the treadmill or a cycle on the bike, it's a great spot to do it while taking in the scenery. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liuzhou.

This hotel has the best service I’ve seen at a hotel so far. Everything was on point. The moment we got out of the taxi, the bellhop carried our bags inside. While checking in, we were given some water and a map with a quick run down of tourist attractions in Liuzhouz. We were allowed to check in early and even got a room upgrade. Laundry facilities were convenient and the staff helped us do our laundry. Once done, they even folded the laundry for us. Our laundry took extra long, and the staff were willing to do our laundry for us, fold it, and then deliver it to our stored luggage. The service was impeccable, and I’m very surprised that a random hotel in Liuzhou, China rivals the Ritz & Mandarin Oriental in service. However, there were a few items of improvement. The “gym” is in an abandoned floor basically which is very odd and weird. I only know this as I had to transit via the floors through the stairs to get to the laundry (18F) from our room (16F) as the hotel only has 2 elevators which are slow and constantly full of people. Our room upgrade wasn’t that much of an upgrade and arguably it was a downgrade. Granted, it allowed us to check in early, but still. The room we were upgraded to was the “Smart Room” but that’s about 100 sqm smaller than the room we booked and is only an upgrade of $2. In my opinion, the bigger room should the better one. The couch was as comfortable as sitting on a piece of granite. It wasn’t very comfortable. I would stay here again for the service and hospitality alone. 9/10.

También es conveniente para jugar, cerca de la calle de cinco estrellas. Hay varias tiendas de pólvora de red cercanas, y pueden llegar a unos diez minutos a pie.

Antes del check-in, la encargada de atención al cliente añadirá WeChat para recomendar comida y podrá preparar su equipaje con antelación, para que la habitación esté lista antes del check-in. El servicio es muy atento y amable. Además, se realizará un cambio de inmediato y habrá un servicio de recogida a las 2:00 p. m. después del check-out. En la planta baja se encuentra el mercado Qingyun, un popular lugar de encuentro para celebridades, a menos de 2 kilómetros de distancia, con una gran variedad de comida deliciosa.

Grandes habitaciones. El hotel es lo suficientemente nuevo y tiene una mezcla de diseño agradable con tradiciones modernas y antiguas. Buen servicio,.muy limpio y justo al lado de una increíble puerta turística. Le recomiendo ir allí. Es el lado del país hermoso de China

It was a little bit farther away from the railway station than we normally like. We like our hotel within walking distance. We grabbed a DiDi which took us to a different hotel with the exact same name but in a different location. It was about the same distance from the station and it only cost us a dollar to get back to the correct location . The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful experience there. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers. Great on site restaurant and coffee bar. My wife dropped her coffee and the attendant was kind enough to replace it at no additional charge. This hotel is right next to a IMAX theater and a shopping center. I recommend trying the street vendors behind the hotel for delicious food such as sushi and chicken breast at unbelievable low prices. Loved everything about this hotel.
