Este hotel superó nuestras expectativas en servicio, desde el momento en que entramos en el hotel nos entregamos toallas y té caliente, fuera del desayuno buffet, había comidas y frutas complimentarias, té de tarde con pasteles, y congee tarde de noche. El hotel y sus habitaciones son un poco más viejas, pero las instalaciones siguen siendo buenas, las camas y las cucharas son cómodas, nos impresionó la vista al aire libre de nuestras ventanas. Las calles pueden oler fumador a veces, pero la habitación no tenía mal olor.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is the Wyndham Garden Hotel - Liuzhou, offering a truly luxurious experience that easily reaches five-star level or even higher. The hotel has a very prime location in the heart of the city. I stayed in apartment 6008, which faces directly the river and the music fountain—an absolutely stunning view, especially in the evening. The room is very spacious, with a large TV screen and a modern bathroom equipped with a smart toilet. The service is outstanding in every sense. All the staff are extremely kind and professional, especially Eason Huang, who speaks English fluently. Another highlight of the hotel is its attention to detail. Toiletries are provided and refreshed daily, and the mini bar is completely free and regularly restocked with drinks, which is quite rare. The hotel is also very close to the Food Street, where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially seafood. In addition, the hotel offers a daily open buffet breakfast and free coffee service in the evening. The cleanliness is exceptional—the hotel feels almost brand new. Security is excellent, and during your stay you truly feel like an important guest or even royalty. One of the most memorable experiences was the swimming pool on the 12th floor overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying in apartment 6008, especially for those who appreciate beautiful views and a true luxury experience.

民宿所處位置環境超級棒，天然氧吧，適合節假日休閑度假、發呆放鬆。老闆娘是典型的廣西女人，勤勞務實，房間衞生都是自己打掃，房間整潔衞生，床品乾淨舒適。自駕電車的，可以跟老闆娘商量提供充電樁（慢充，有償使用）。硬件算不得高檔小資，但勝在務實夠用、細節取勝，心思花在刀刃上。我們大晚上十一點才摸黑趕到，坐在露台上，一泡下肚，一天的疲憊隨風而去。衹是來去匆匆，沒能深度體驗，有點遺憾。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel itself offers great amenities with comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. There was one small incident where another guest accidentally tried to enter our room due to a staff mistake. It was clearly an honest human error rather than negligence. The hotel handled the situation very professionally, sincerely apologized multiple times, explained what had happened, and even offered us a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciated how seriously they took the matter and how quickly they resolved it. While it was a memorable moment, it didn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters most is how they’re handled. Based on the excellent service, location, and facilities, I would happily stay here again.

Concierge me dijo que sólo había un receptor, pero que ella estaba en algún lugar. Después de completar la inscripción, la recepción olvidó darme la llave de la habitación, afirmando que ya me la había dado (la había dejado en la máquina de copiar cuando copiaba mi pasaporte). El hotel se compone de enviar comida y fruta gratis a mi habitación, que fue un buen gesto. It is ideal for day trips and makes exploring the city both effortless and efficient. Overall, this is a modern, well-equipped hotel that combines a prime location with genuinely practical details.

Conveniently located just above some western chains and a shopping mall. 52 floors guarantee a fantastic view over the city. The room was clean and well furnished even if there was not a bathrobe. For an Hyatt is pretty surprising. Laundry service is efficient and the breakfast was aboundant and of great quality. The bar beside the lobby was good as well and prices are reasonable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Big rooms. The hotel it's new enough and has a nice design mix with modern and old traditions. Good service,.very clean and just next door to an amazing tourist spot. I do recommend go there. It's china beautiful country side
