La habitación es exactamente la misma que se publica, y muy limpia cuando entramos en la habitación. Somos un grupo de 3 y recibimos calorosamente por la dama jefe. Their support team responded promptly and handled the situation with professionalism. They canceled our original booking free of charge and allowed us to select a new accommodation on the spot. We eventually chose to stay at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay. Additionally, Trip.com compensated us with coins for future discounts, demonstrating genuine care for their customers. What started as a disruption turned into a surprisingly positive experience—thanks to efficient problem-solving and a warm, comfortable new stay. Unexpected moments can become meaningful highlights—when you have the right travel partner like Trip.com by your side. Following the unexpected change of plans, we stayed at Heishui Gaduo Manor Homestay, and it turned out to be a genuinely heartwarming experience. Although the staff did not speak English, their willingness to help was evident in every interaction. Through gestures, smiles, and sincere effort, they made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. As we were preparing to visit Dagu Glacier Scenic Area, we purchased instant noodles and additional canned oxygen from the property, just to be safe for the high altitude. The prices were fair and reasonable, with no sense of overcharging. What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality—proving that meaningful service goes beyond language. True hospitality isn’t defined by words, but by the sincerity and care you feel along the journey.

The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. We loved the big windows and view. Beds are comfortable and the owners are nice. It's located up a hill, and they don't have a restaurant, so if you don't have a car and want to eat dinner, it's difficult to walk back up. I booked this hotel because they have a room with a big hot tub. But it was a big disappointment. The water source for this tub is a kitchen type faucet, which does not work for a big tub. It took hours just to fill one-fourth of it, and water coming out was not hot enough. And even if it were hot enough, the hours that it will take to fill the tub would eventually make the water cold. It was too late that we realized this so we ended up not using it. There were a lot of things wrong with this tub. When you want to soak in a hot tub, it would only take a few minutes before the water turns cold, so you would want to drain some water, and refill with hot water several times. But clearly with the type of faucet they put there, that was impossible. Another thing, when we were eating our breakfast, the owner was smoking in the next table.

Arrived on 18 January around 8.30 pm. We were greeted by friendly gantlemen and assisted us with the luggage direct to the room. Even we not speak with the same langguage but they still helping us by using translator. The room come with big screen + projector. This hotel location very strategic just 10-15 mins to go Dagu Glacier. However if hotel provides a iron & iron board each floor for hotel guest will be more wonderfull.

The staff and receptionists were so friendly, hospitality, they helped me so much to find scenics informations in Li County (although this hotel is in Heishui). The quality of this room is excellent, automatic curtain, air conditioner, toilet... always in very good condition. This hotel locate in the center of Heishui, 200m on the right side of the hotel, you can find the small market (open in the afternoon), they sell fresh fruit like tangerins, apples just 4 yuan / 0.5 kg (so cheap)... 300m from the left side of this hotel, you will find the supermarket

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
