Wonderful hotel with very helpful and friendly staffs. Delicious breakfast, spacious and very clean room with great facilities. Perfect location only 1 Km from the train East station and the hotel provides free pick up from the train station. Highly recommended!

You know how hotels always say they’re excellent? Yeah, this one actually is. The location? Perfect. The service? Spot-on. The breakfast buffet? Let’s just say I had three plates and started considering moving in. They’ve got laundry rooms (so you don’t have to do that weird sink-scrubbing thing), shuttles that actually show up, and staff who somehow stay cheerful before noon. We absolutely loved our stay - comfortable, easy, and full of carbs. Would 100% stay again… assuming they don’t ban me from the buffet station, 😆

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

Did not know spect this hotel to be this nice in the City of Handan! Squeaky clean and classy from inside out. Very courteous and helpful staff members from concierge to housekeepers, not to speak of the front desk angels . Love to come back and check in here next time !

We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

I really enjoyed staying here.  The room was very comfortable and the staff was professional.   The hotel is in an older part of the city.  It's quite close to Congtai Park, if you are interested in that.  If you are interested in being closer to nightlife (like Handan Dao or Meile Cheng), it might not be the best location for you.   However, I suspect the areas with more nightlife could be quite noisy.   There is a very nice Muslim hotpot place right around the corner, just steps from the hotel.  The people who work there are friendly and some of them speak a little English. 

Un hotel agradable con buenas instalaciones. Contaba con gimnasio y lavandería. El personal fue amable, atento y servicial, especialmente cuando pregunté por lugares de interés. La habitación estaba impecable gracias al servicio de limpieza, que sin duda hizo un trabajo excelente. Se proporcionaron toallas, toallas de mano y pantuflas desechables. La ducha era lo suficientemente amplia para un baño cómodo, con el inodoro bien separado para evitar mojar el suelo después de una buena ducha. La estación de tren de alta velocidad (Estación de Handandong) estaba muy bien ubicada, justo enfrente del hotel. Se conectaba mediante un pasaje subterráneo con el aparcamiento del hotel, que a su vez llevaba al ascensor en el vestíbulo de la planta baja. También estaba al lado del Holiday Inn. En general, una estancia muy agradable.

酒店位置很好，小牛很熱情接待。對面就是赤水灣古鎮，房間超級大布局合理，設施齊全，衞生間乾濕分離；乾淨整潔。酒店從外部觀看給人一種江南的感覺，灰瓦白牆，應該是徽派建築特色。而且酒店綠化做的也很好，小花園照相超好看。可以免費享用湯泉，晚上贈送小食品。早餐非常豐盛；真的非常不錯！

El hotel está en el frente del hotel Viena, así que la habitación está en todas partes. El hotel está situado en el Museo de la Guardia Aérea de Lijiang y la ciudad de Melea (Jardín Aéreo de Lijiang), no está lejos, puede llegar a pie, tranquilo alrededor, pero hay menos restaurantes, nos gusta el desayuno local, en la calle de la Guardia Aérea del hotel, hay un sabor de la guarida y otra tienda de pastelería, y se ve muy limpia, El sabor es bueno, hay un pequeño automóvil de estacionamiento (frutas de salchicha y huevos, salchichas de carne), muchas personas que comen el desayuno. Hay una bicicleta compartida fuera de la puerta del hotel, ** y Hallo, pero menos automóviles, no es muy bueno encontrar. Para ir al túnel y al parque de guayuan no está lejos. El hotel tiene un saco de café sin café, pero la conciencia del servicio debe mejorarse. Aquí hay algunos detalles. El primer día de servicio de habitaciones, limpieza de higiene, hemos alojado a tres personas, hemos colocado cuatro botellas de agua para envasar gratis, pero no hemos limpiado los accesorios de la cama. El día siguiente, el servicio de habitaciones, la limpieza de higiene, esta vez se arregló el accesorio de la cama, el saco puso dos botellas de agua gratis, el cabello blanco que el huésped llevaba fue extraído incorrectamente.
