Excellent choice for friendly, warm, helpful, clean and modern hotel. The owner and family is extremely friendly and helpful. You won’t feel you are just a lodger. We are sincerely thankful for the owner that showed us around the town and reindeer park and he even took the trouble of sending us to the train station when we checked out in the morning. 根河之旅让我们对友安宾馆刮目相看。它除了非常清洁和有智能设备之外，还有别家没有的人情味和家的感觉。对千里迢迢来到这里的我们这是最好的选择了，极力推荐给大家。We will definitely come back to stay here if we go back to Genhe again.

This hotel was very nicely decorated and provided a comfortable resting place after a long drive from Heilongjian into Inner Mongolia. The welcome was warm and the room had everything I needed. I was also able to quickly and easily get my washing done and dried. There is also plenty of parking. If you like trains, this place is also located by the tracks so it's an added bonus. Just be prepared for the horn. I must return with my partner next winter to Genhe as, sadly, the weather was too warm and it did not get down below -30c. There must have been a heatwave or something. If and when I return, I shall very likely stay here again. Thanks and Happy Chinese New Year.

Nice hotel, staffs are friendly & helpful. 根河does not have e- hailing, need to call a hotline & leave the location for taxi to pick up. Then the hotline centre will send SMS the taxi no.to confirm. The breakfast shop name开门红早餐店is delicious & value for money.

Very friendly and enthusiastic owner. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was very clean. All the restaurants are 3 minutes away by foot. Very decent hotel in Mangui. Highly recommend it

滿分給到悦輕居！進店就感覺氛圍很舒服，簡約大氣。房間採光好、乾淨無異味，床品軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮。衞生打掃細緻，洗漱用品配備齊全。工作人員態度友善。位置也很便利，不管是出行還是遊玩都很方便，真心推薦給大家。

八月的尾巴，我把自己扔進了根河。 這裡是中國的極寒之地，日曆剛翻到九月，暖氣就要通上了。抵達那天，天色已暗，小雨淅淅瀝瀝地落了四個小時——從海拉爾一路開過來，車窗外的夜色越來越深，温度越來越低，心裏卻越來越踏實。 出發前在攜程下單時，酒店經理衹説了一句話：”咱們可以過來先看看，不滿意再説。”就這一句，所有的顧慮煙消雲散。我們抵達時，前台老師帶耐心帶我們選房，讓我這種對噪音的敏感的人倍感貼心。 晚上八點半，車燈劃破雨幕，根河部落酒店安靜地坐落在敖魯古雅使鹿部落景區旁。前台沒有因為夜深而敷衍，反而讓我們在酒店點了一桌東北熱菜。鍋氣騰騰地端上來，一口熱乎的地三鮮、鍋包肉和西紅柿雞蛋湯下肚，四個小時的旅途勞頓瞬間被治癒了。 第二天一早要去鹿苑。前台大姐説：”行李放這兒就行，退房給你們延後。”這一句話釋放了我們行李週轉的壓力。 酒店那幾把傘我得單獨誇一下——寬大、結實，撐開像一朵蘑菇。根河的晨雨細密綿長，但這把傘幾乎把我整個人罩在裏面，肩膀都沒濕。撐着它步行五分鐘到景區入口，雨聲在頭頂變成白噪音，心情無比順暢。 早餐是那種讓人安心的北方規格：熱菜一溜排開，麪食湯羹應有盡有。坐在餐廳裏，窗外是林區的霧氣，胃裡是熱的，整個人像被好好照顧了一場。 後來我想，旅途中真正讓人記住的，往往不是多麼奢華的硬件，而是那些”被接納”的瞬間——經理那句”先看看再説”，大姐耐心地帶我們一一選房間，還有那桌深夜端上來的熱菜。 根河的雨帶不走敖魯古雅人的熱情，而這間酒店，恰好把那份樸實和真誠，收進了每一個細節裏。 下次來冷極，還住這兒。 Tips： 酒店位於敖魯古雅使鹿部落景區入口步行5分鐘處，自駕友好。9月後林區氣温驟降，建議帶足保暖衣物，但酒店預計9月1日供暖，室內完全不用擔心。

I think this is the best hotel in Genhe. It is newly open in early 2024 and it is one of the few hotel with lift. I sincerely advise those who plan to visit Genhe to book this hotel for their accommodation. 5 stars for this hotel.

This is located in a beautiful area, surrounded by a forest. The breakfast was good and had lots of options.
