El servicio del hotel es profesional y cuidadoso durante todo el proceso; el entorno de la habitación es elegante y limpio, las instalaciones están completas y bien mantenidas, y la residencia está tranquila y cómoda. La calidad del desayuno buffet en línea, la variedad es rica, los alimentos frescos, la experiencia de la comida es buena, el hardware blando está configurado de manera equilibrada, los detalles están en posición, es muy adecuado para viajes de negocios, vale la pena recomendar.

該縣城一家環境幽靜、設施較新的酒店，入住體驗總體良好。但入住期間恰逢室外氣温降至零下4度，酒店樓層未開啟空調供暖，導致夜間室內温度最高僅能達到23度（設定為28度）。此外，衞生間僅配有排風口，未安裝暖風設備，孩子洗澡時因缺乏取暖措施而難以進行。

El hotel Dongying Wanda Realm es muy cómodo y el mejor que he estado en Dongying. El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de habitaciones, de calidad, muy limpia con excelentes instalaciones, especialmente la piscina y la sala de gimnasio, y con un personal muy atento, agradable y útil, especialmente Andrew, que ha ofrecido una excelente asistencia durante mis muchas estancias. Recomendado para estancias cortas o largas como el hotel de Dongying.

Decided to extend my stay here and I’m glad I did. The high standards from my first few days haven't slipped at all. The staff continued to be incredibly helpful, making the extension process seamless and stress-free. The room remained well-maintained and quiet, and having the Wanda Mall and so many great food options nearby made a longer stay very convenient. It’s rare to find a place that stays this consistent day after day—definitely a reliable choice if you're looking for quality and comfort in the area.

La habitación en general es buena, está rodeada de una cálida tienda de negocios, con asiento plata, y las compras de comida son más convenientes. Aunque no hay muchos tipos de desayuno, también es posible, la comida de la habitación puede enviarse directamente a la habitación, muy agradable.

We had enjoy our stay in this Hotel . Staffs are friendly and and helpful. Room was clean and not far from the train station location was easy to get around. Highly recommend .

Hotel was in right location, rooms were average, breakfast was not perfect.. sliced bread was available but no have butter and jam., egg omelet was not available..

We stayed at this Blue Horizon about 4 times before Covid, and we always liked it. During our recent stay, there were still a lot of things we liked. The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room rates are good. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are on the hard side, but that is common in China. You can tell the hotel is getting a little old as it was built in 1994. However, it has been kept in very good condition, and many of the rooms seem like they have been remodeled. The big negative for us was the air conditioning. It was hot in Dongying while we were there. Even when the air conditioning is running normally, it does not work very well. The only control in the room is a fan speed control, and even at high speed, the room does not cool very well. The problem is that they turn off the air conditioning system for hours during the day and night. When the air conditioning was off, the room would get very hot. It was so uncomfortable, that we were forced to check out and move to a different hotel. Apparently the Blue Horizon is having financial problems, and I am guessing that they turn off the air conditioning system to save money. We also heard that the employees are not being paid regularly. That is unfortunate because the employees at this hotel are wonderful.
