Very good experience, though price was at high side. Like glamping experience and with an open air hot spring. Dinner was excellent with food and drink unlimited supply, including wines. Lunch could not set on open air grass land was a bonus. A staff also helped to wash my SUV. Highly recommended .

All staffs are very nice and kindness helpful. The room cleanliness is standard. But the room is not quite, the outer noice can be hear in the room and the smoke is smell in the room The location is near the hi speed train station.

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

El único aspecto negativo se refiere al ruido - pero debe tomarse con un pinch de sal porque necesito un silencio absoluto para dormir: que las ventanas no son lo suficientemente estrechas y que podía oír un ruido de la calle, por una parte, y la gente que hablaba (alto) en el pasillo me despertó a la noche

If you want to enjoy Chinese local life this will the best place. Smoking smell is still a problem but you will get to use it. No foreigner coming here so do not expect English bit the staff are still nice. Close to the hotel there is no chill out place such a a decent cofffee place !
