It was an excellent one night at this hotel The rooms are clean and smells great. The ladies at the front desk are all amazing,very friendly and welcoming. The laundry room is one of my best parts of the hotel it is well organized. They provide literally everything for your laundry. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and perfect place to stay. I will definitely be back whenever I am in Baoji city.

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

La experiencia de estadía global es excelente! La recepción se ocupa de la estadía rápida y el servicio de la hermana Mia es entusiasta y educado. La limpieza de la habitación es muy limpia, las camas son blandas y cómodas, el efecto de aislamiento sonoro es muy bueno, duerme hasta el amanecer. La ubicación es excelente, viajar a comer es muy conveniente, barato y lleno, volverá la próxima vez, se recomienda fuertemente!

Friendly staff, good location, decent sized rooms. Recommend for short to medium stay.

Traer a los niños a la vuelta del viento durante el fin de semana y experimentar un sentimiento lleno. Felizmente se ha actualizado el estilo de la habitación, la habitación es amplia y elegante, está equipada con excelentes toallas y agua de la mina de granja, y los detalles son llenos de detalles. Especialmente intimidad es que la habitación tiene camas, es muy amable para los niños y tiene una familia muy tranquila. El servicio del hotel es aún más inoportuno. Los empleados de cada departamento son entusiastas y sonríen y dicen bonito. La experiencia en la zona de la calefacción es excelente. Después de la calefacción, no olvidamos las ropas de baño de los niños. El camarero del departamento de la calefacción ha iniciado una búsqueda de ayuda, también ha añadido una carta intima y ha devuelto la carta. Después de la calefacción, haga un rápido regreso, haga el calor y es responsable. La nueva instalación global, el entorno es bueno, el calor es cómodo y el servicio es cuidadoso, es la excelente opción para las vacaciones de corta distancia de los padres alrededor de Xi'an, muy recomendado!

It's quite near the Baoji South Station and Chencang Old Street, easily reached by taxi or Didi Travel. The room is equipped with a washing machine and it also provides washing powder 😁. The hotel offers a free Chinese-style breakfast👍. The restaurant serves nice Chinese dishes while the Yoyo Coffee at the lobby is just great for coffee *******.

No quería conducir y ver este hotel. No esperaba que entrara tan hermosa y limpia, y plantas verdes son muchas! Bien, el aire es fresco y cómodo. Al entrar en el salón, el servicio de recepción nos pregunta entusiasta qué necesidades y condiciones tenemos. El servidor de la habitación nos ayudará entusiasta a llevar nuestras maletas a la habitación para abrir el aire acondicionado. La habitación es amplia y luminosa, la luz es transparente, las instalaciones están completas y la higiene está limpia. Muy satisfecha. [Forte] ir a la caldera, también muy limpio, el servicio está en el lugar, o lavar agua en el lugar, más seguro. Muy satisfecho con una experiencia de estadía, volverá.
