Tuvimos una estancia excelente. El servicio de transporte nos trajo desde y hacia el hotel/aeropuerto. El personal fue profesional, feliz y servicial. El vestíbulo era cómodo y relajante, con juegos y café/té durante todo el día, un lugar agradable para pasar el tiempo. El desayuno era bueno: huevos, tostadas, gofres, fruta, yogur y avena. Tenían pan sin gluten. La habitación estaba limpia y era cómoda: buena cama, baño grande, suficientes perchas, televisión grande, escritorio pequeño con una silla firme, wifi estaba bien. No utilizamos la piscina ni el gimnasio, pero el gimnasio se veía bien: pequeño, pero con algunos equipos cardiovasculares y pesas libres. Definitivamente nos hospedaríamos en este hotel nuevamente.

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

Good for business travellers but room could have better desk and lighting options. Service is good and there is a simple breakfast. Lots of families staying. Room is spacious and clean. Shower is clean and pressure is good

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

Hotel excepcional con personal profesional y amable en la zona de recepción. Un hombre en particular se destacó (¿Paey?). El transporte fue eficiente. ¡No dejes que el chat online te convenza de que no hay servicio de transporte! Pagamos $26 por un taxi corto hasta el hotel, pero cogimos el transporte gratuito de regreso.

Buena opción cerca del aeropuerto. Nos gustó la amabilidad del personal, las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, y el precio es competitivo para la zona. Nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba, así que nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor por una noche, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El único inconveniente es que la zona de la piscina ha vivido momentos inolvidables.

Habitación limpia, espaciosa y bastante tranquila. Se proporcionan toallas, además de champú, acondicionador, loción y jabón corporal. Equipado con TV, nevera, plancha, secador de pelo, cafetera, microondas y caja fuerte. Amplios enchufes y buen aire acondicionado/calefacción. Buenas instalaciones con piscina y gimnasio, y centro de negocios (escritorios en el lobby). Hay aparcamiento disponible por un suplemento.

Overall experience was really good. The hotel provided shuttle service for both picking up and dropping off. The breakfast was also good. I recommend it.

Buen hotel, personal útil, buen restaurante. Reservé una habitación de jacuzzi, pero el avión se rompió. Ofrecieron descuento y devolvieron dinero para compensar. Estoy feliz por su consideración y servicio.
