Tru by Hilton Toronto Airport West fue una estancia muy relajante. El vestíbulo estaba muy bien decorado con una temática navideña y el aparcamiento gratuito fue una gran ventaja, ya que no todos los hoteles ofrecen aparcamiento gratuito en la zona del aeropuerto. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la ropa de cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno de cortesía fue una gran ventaja, aunque hubiera sido mejor tener algunas opciones más de menú.

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

It was a nice comfortable room but the hotel was a let down for us. First we needed to wait for 15 minutes for a check in with a small child in our arms at night, because there was only one receptionist who was also working as a cashier to a shop in the hotel and just prioritised the people leaving the shop instead of the coming guests. The thought of combining a receptionist and a cashier being a good idea is beyond me. The swimming pool was another let down. We booked it for the slide but in the pool we learnt our almost 5 years old daughter is too small for the slide. We offered we could slide with her, but it was also not allowed. We complained and literally nothing was suggested as a solution. Not even an apology. The posters for the slides are very misleading and when booking there was no information clearly visible that there are such restrictions for the slide, that is so eagerly advertised. All in all, this was the worst stay we have had for a while due to the incredibly poor service.

Llamé al número de teléfono de esta ubicación Hilton Garden Inn y pedí que el transbordador que viniera me recojara del aeropuerto. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba nada. La entrada era amable y rápida. La cama estaba cómoda, con camas y cucharas, pero el sofá en la habitación no estaba cómoda en absoluto. La habitación en sí se sentía pequeña y no muy cómoda. Me hubiera gustado las cortinas adecuadas en lugar de las cejas de rodillo. El ruido era un factor, el hotel se siente bajo un camino de vuelo. Los ascensores también fueron un poco frustrantes, ya que la tapa de la tarjeta no siempre funcionaba inmediatamente, aunque finalmente lo hizo. We stayed one night on tiring day after long stay at the airport. It looks located in nowhere, but actually everything works well. Hotel has free airport shuttle bus and There were small convenience store, Tim Horton just beside the hotel. Front desk staffs were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable, price was reasonable.

Overall experience was really good. The hotel provided shuttle service for both picking up and dropping off. The breakfast was also good. I recommend it.

Buen hotel, personal útil, buen restaurante. Reservé una habitación de jacuzzi, pero el avión se rompió. Ofrecieron descuento y devolvieron dinero para compensar. Estoy feliz por su consideración y servicio.
