Hotel cerca del aeropuerto. Excelente servicio de transporte gratuito con conductores muy amables y serviciales. Registro de entrada rápido y eficiente. Salida rapidísima. Habitación espaciosa con vistas espectaculares. Hermoso ventanal. Cama grande y cómoda. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Aspectos negativos: No hay zapatillas disponibles, pero son necesarias. El lavabo estaba atascado. Falta jabón en la ducha.

We stayed for a night as our flight was early next morning. We picked this hotel as it was conveniently located in Terminal 3. We landed in Terminal 1 and the hotel was a stop away via airport train. The hotel was modern and clean. Beds were comfortable. We ordered room service for dinner and it arrived promptly. There’s a Starbucks next to the reception.

Do not forget to pack some swimsuits like we did! The kids were so mesmerized by the slide. Also needed kettle for my baby's milk and they accommodated it. Grateful for the comfortable stay.🌹

The location is good, near the airport. The hotel itself is decent. During booking it would have been nice to know the shuttle doesn't run in the evening, so we had to pay out of pocket for a taxi.

We were very disappointed with our recent stay from April 27–28. Upon checkout on Monday morning, the receptionist, Arshiya, did not greet us or show any signs of friendliness. When I asked a few questions before leaving, her responses were curt and came across as rude—she didn’t smile or make any effort to be welcoming. We’ve stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and this was by far the coldest reception we’ve experienced. We expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially in Canada, where friendliness is something the country is known for. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange odor that made our stay less comfortable. The wifi might seems have a problem too. On a positive note, the food was excellent—fresh and well-prepared—and the person who greeted us during the meal was warm and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and helped improve our experience. I would recommend providing Arshiya with additional customer service training to ensure she can offer the level of hospitality that guests expect and that will enhance the overall quality of your business.

I really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

A lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone. The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery. There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight! Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

La habitación era muy buena, pero no me gustaba nada. La entrada era amable y rápida. La cama estaba cómoda, con camas y cucharas, pero el sofá en la habitación no estaba cómoda en absoluto. La habitación en sí se sentía pequeña y no muy cómoda. Me hubiera gustado las cortinas adecuadas en lugar de las cejas de rodillo. El ruido era un factor, el hotel se siente bajo un camino de vuelo. Los ascensores también fueron un poco frustrantes, ya que la tapa de la tarjeta no siempre funcionaba inmediatamente, aunque finalmente lo hizo. El desayuno era decepcionante, la zona estaba muy ocupada y la comida estaba por debajo de la media. En el hotel, el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Lo único que puedo decir es que tuve una estancia tranquila a pesar de estar tan cerca del aeropuerto (alrededor de un 4-minute, 13 minutos a pie) y ver y oír los aviones se retiran 🥰😀. Me quedaré aquí otra vez. Recomendaría Quality Inn By Choice.

The kitchen suites are absolutely gorgeous and have all you need to cook ! It felt just like home instead of a hotel. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and pillows. Elevators can get busy during peak hours. Friendly staff and fast check-in process. Lots of parking.
