This home is centrally located, about a 7 minute drive to downtown Wareham and Wareham Crossing for shops and restaurants AND to quaint little Marion in the other direction. Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds, clam shacks and shopping close by. Or head to the Cape! You’ll be at the bridge in about 15-20 minutes.
