The primary sleeping areas are on the upper levels, with an additional sleeping space in the basement, so the home's layout may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.There are two bathrooms. The second-floor bathroom features a compact clawfoot soaking tub with a handheld sprayer, while the main-floor bathroom contains the home's only traditional shower. As is common in historic homes, both bathrooms are smaller than those typically found in newer construction.The home does not have central air conditioning. Window A/C units are provided in select bedrooms, and the third-floor suite has a portable A/C unit. Because heat naturally rises, the third floor can become warmer during periods of high summer temperatures.
