Each bedroom features a 50” TV and en suite bathroom with toilet and shower. The property also boasts a laundry room with an industrial washer/dryer. The Historic Dixon Building: Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Dixon Building was constructed between 1866-1872 and sits prominently on Main Street in downtown Natchez. Originally, the first floor housed Dixon’s of Natchez, a paint and wallpaper shop that is reportedly the second oldest business in Natchez. Dixon’s was a cornerstone of Natchez life and instrumental in decorating many important local homes, including the iconic Stanton Hall and Dunleith. The second floor of the building was home to the Dixon family from the late 1800’s through the mid 1900’s. After that, the building changed hands several times, before it was purchased in 2016 with the goal of transforming the property into the stunning Dixon Loft.
