Flat driveway & level home entrance (no stairs to climb up/down upon arrival w/ luggage!). Main level: master bdroom w/ en suite bathroom. 3 bd / 3 ba in lower level. Short drive to the famous Lake Arrowhead Village w/ lake front restaurants/shops. Close to Sky Park @ Santa’s Village, Lake Gregory for boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and more. If you want to head up the hill to Big Bear for a day trip it’s also an easy drive and only about 20 miles away. Then when you need to relax, lay on the hammock to take a quiet nap while listening to the birds...It also has a whole house back-up generator in case the power in Lake Arrowhead goes out (which isn’t uncommon). Our power is restored within seconds.
