Guests should be comfortable with the sound of roosters, parrots, and birds that surround us. The “Pozo de Jacinto ” is right at the back of the property, and in front there is a mangrove. Sundays are usually busy at the beach and the area. Air conditioned, 42" smart tv, wifi, kitchenette, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, queen size bed, dining area, water heater, surf racks, outdoor shower, private gazebo with 2 hammocks, swing bench, bistro set, and a swing with a lovely view of the gardens on the front yard. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contanimation. We clean the studio using expensive cleaning checklists. We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.There are 2 vacation rentals apartments on the property. Each apartment with independent entrance, and each has its own private gazebo. The property was designed with privacy in mind.
