The staff was nice, especially the manager. The breakfast was terrible. The HVAC system can only be on heat or cool throughout the property. There are no "thermostats" in the rooms. The turning on the fan allows heat to flow into the room without any temperature control. I had to switch rooms at 2am.

The room was nice, but way too warm. The only way to cool it down below 80 degrees was to leave the patio door open all night.

This is my opinion. Terrible stay. Lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Elevator down a significant portion of the evening, burned out light bulbs (2) in the bathroom, coffee maker did not work at all, microwave would only work in 30 second bursts. Bed and pillows uncomfortable as hell. HVAC virtually impossible to set at a comfortable temp. Only two plastic glasses in room. No continental breakfast. This place is old and showing it.

Old school property, past it’s prime but is kept in good condition. Piano player in the lobby when I checked in. Nice touch. Property could use some updating, however the low price reflects the age. In its day this was a top of the line property. Location close to downtown is great. Someone with money to spare should purchase and return it to its former glory.

We had planned to spend my birthday weekend in the jacuzzi suite. Its a very nice room and big with a seprated bedroom. However the heat was not working, it was blowing cold air... one thing i hate and thats to be cold. Needless to say it ruined our plans, they were out of suites. So we ended up learning. The staff member did feel bad and offered a space heater. Im not spending 200.00 on a room with no heat.

It was awful. It was so vad that I didn't even stay in the hotel. The room was unsafe the smoke detector was even attached to the wall. It was bare wires showing. The furniture had stains all over it. There was a sock found in the closet. The jacuzzi tub didnt work. The windows had not been washed. The bathroom door and door jam were broke. There was a light bulb missing from the ficture above the tabe.
I had reserved the suit. And it was not at all what the pictures show on the website.
This entire hotel needs a make over really bad. The carpets need to be cleaned. The whole thing needs an up grade.
The only thing that was good about the room was the view from the 7th floor. However, it was hard to enjoy it because thw windows were so dirty on thw insode and outside.
I really hope my card gets refunded for this reservation. Because I was only in the room for 10 minutes.

The staff was courteous. The property is in need of an update. The property also is used as a homeless or medically fragile folks. This really should be disclosed to all of those who pay for vacation or common lodging.

Our room was so cold because the heater didn’t work. The shower must not have been cleaned cause there was slimy mold stuff in it. The bathroom fan and light didn’t work. The ice machine was moldy and busted. You could see inside it cause there was a big piece missing. Theres only an ice machine on a few floors. The hot tub and pool was closed til who knows when. There was water damage all over. The side doors to the hotel are always unlocked, which seemed unsafe to us. They even had a sign posted saying they stay unlocked. Our door was broken so it took multiple times of trying to get it open before you could access the room.
